**ATTENTION** If you have the driver side mirror that doesn’t have the 2 prong spot like I had to modify in this video do these steps. 1. Cut the 2 prongs off the light carefully (it’s plastic) 2. Get a thin Double sided tape like 3M or Gorilla brand and cut 2 pieces off that will fit in the reflector space. 3. Use a heat gun or hair dryer and heat up the spot 4. Put the tape in the spot 5. Heat up the tape a little bit 6. Put your light in the spot and hold it for 30 seconds with even force. Don’t modify it like it did. I actually didn’t trust that and I came back and did these steps a few days later. Way easier.
The lights look sharp. … For the mirror, you don’t pull down or up, you pull OUT, and towards yourself. For the reflector, you insert a flat screwdriver at the end by the curve and it pops out easily. I tried it with my 2014 and had zero issues. (Speaking as a truck driver, we despise when vehicles run with their driving lights when traffic is on the road. They are only useful to YOU when you’re on the highway and there is no traffic, oncoming or ahead of you, and no other light source. Save them for the dark when you’re alone. Otherwise, you’re distracting those who drive a lot at night and ruin their night vision. Please.)
Thanks I love these lights! A lot of people break the Mirror or the mirror is brittle behind there. Which was my case on my spare mirrors. I am just showing a way to definitely not break them.
