As a Turkish 8th grade student, i agree. They drown us with exams. We are having exams twice a week, after April the teacher said "We will do exams everyday!"
As a fellow Turkish 8th grade student, apart from the normal exams we have, I think LGS is needed to actually pull a good student and a good school apart from the others, this way, the students with self-respect won't have to be at the same place with the ones who don't.

As a student who experienced this whole situation and having to go 60 kilometers everyday just to get better education,I think that it’s really unnecessary thing to put literally just 14 year old children in an exam which will decide their whole life. I think that an important exam ,which separates good students from ‘others’ , should be done at university, when you’re old enough. As someone who regrets their mistakes at studying, after a short time, ur motivation goes downwards ,because you are tired! Even though you have ‘self respect’ it doesn’t matter. Everyone gets tired. Some people can deal with it , and some don’t. I think that teachers should understand this.

Some just have to study more on a topic than the other, but either way, with enough studying, anyone can success in math if they aren't so pessimistic that is stops them from learning it. You just have to dedicate a year of your life to studying and then things will be way easier in the next 4 to 5 years, even university, the students who don't want LGS just aren't trying to be mentally strong enough, they are so used to studying only the last day due to the exams that they can't sit down at their desk for more than 20 minutes, they have to get out of their comfort zone so that they could expand it later.
As a Chinese, what we hate is we need to wake up at 5:30 and go to sleep at almost 1 a.m. Although we can leave school at 10:00pm, but we have too much homework

As an Indonesian, I agreed to this. The teachers here are rather bad. I've experienced a bit of trauma when I was dealing with teachers. It makes me a little scared when I want to talk to the teacher. But there are also really good teachers here now. Times are different, and I'm glad there aren't too many bad teachers here.
In Indonesia, it isn’t just mean teachers, it’s just flat out abuse. I didn’t experience this firsthand but my family and family friends did. One student just told a white lie to a teacher and was beat until he was literally bleeding with a chance of shock, begging for mercy. So yeah… mean teachers is an understatement

As an Italian, that's partially true, you're authorized to wear the uniform only in the first 4 years of elementary school, for the 5th/last year you don't have to wear any uniform, not even in middle school, not even in high school. Unless there are middle and high schools that authorize wearing the uniform.

As a student from Germany I can confirm its true. We are judged by grades, not our abilities. Thats wgy many end up in a job they hate because the System does not give us many options to live on. Its seems to the outside as if we were a fair and nice country but its not the case. Its like, if you dont catch up with the majority, then its your fault only and you should give up.
As a French person, us students are not allowed to use our phones while teachers use their phones all because of a law that was implemented 5 years ago, even though some students had found an idea to get around that law without getting in legal trouble, but hey, we don't have to wear the same uniform everyday, as we can wear whatever we would like to. That's unfair to put a law that discourages us students from using our phones at all.
As a South Korean, I just wanna say that South Korea's cafeteria food is actually really good, as every meal is cooked by hand and not somethings thats just processed and packaged. I don't know how you got "cafeteria food" for your reason in South Korea, but know that it's not true.
As a person who lives in the USA, I have to wake up at 5:30 AM for school. I take the bus that arrives in 6:52 AM. I'm so not a morning person lol. As a student from Germany I can confirm its true. We are judged by grades, not our abilities. Thats wgy many end up in a job they hate because the System does not give us many options to live on. Its seems to the outside as if we were a fair and nice country but its not the case. Its like, if you dont catch up with the majority, then its your fault only and you should give up.

As a French person, us students are not allowed to use our phones while teachers use their phones all because of a law that was implemented 5 years ago, even though some students had found an idea to get around that law without getting in legal trouble, but hey, we don't have to wear the same uniform everyday, as we can wear whatever we would like to. That's unfair to put a law that discourages us students from using our phones at all.
As a South Korean, I just wanna say that South Korea's cafeteria food is actually really good, as every meal is cooked by hand and not somethings thats just processed and packaged. I don't know how you got "cafeteria food" for your reason in South Korea, but know that it's not true.

As a person who lives in the USA, I have to wake up at 5:30 AM for school. I take the bus that arrives in 6:52 AM. I'm so not a morning person lol. But my main reason why I hate school is because of mean teachers, bad teaching, bullying, favoritism, discrimination, homework, nd workload etc. The public education system sucks ass here.

That's absolutely right. I remember from my school days down here in Brazil, pointless subjects were when the teachers used to escape from the class topics. I've seen teachers talking about their personal lives and relationships between boys and girls. Nobody liked that. Kinda ridiculous.
As an Italian, i can say we aren't forced to/don't have to wear uniforms in public schools, so unless u're going to a private school that specified u should wear uniforms, we don't wear them.

As a former Russian student and actual Russian teacher I claim boring classes is just a consequence of the most crucial issue of Russian educational system: the bureaucracy. Sometimes it feels like our actual minister of education is Dolores Umbridge! We even have a sad professional joke, sounding like this: "Children at school distract teacher from his real work of filling the papers". Being tied up by the rigid system and obliged to fill tons of papers and administrate pointless extracurricular events (made not even for educate or entertain children but to make a report for higher bureaucrats), modern Russian teachers extremely lack time to develop themselves and learn progreasive teaching methods 😢
