Iran has slow internet, but that's not the only issue. We don’t even have computers, and we're not allowed to bring phones. 😅 The education system in Iran is one of the hardest in the world. We have to wake up very early, like at 5:30 AM. We always have to wear uniforms. Our chairs are old and uncomfortable. The exams are tough, and many lessons feel pointless. There's a huge exam called Konkoor (the university entrance exam), which is extremely difficult. Your future depends on this exam, and you need great scores just to get into colleges that are ranked in the 300th or 500th place (these are considered the best). We also spend the whole day in boring classes, with no fun activities like art, sports, or programming. It’s just study, study, and study. If you want to succeed in Konkoor, you might have to take around 500 tough tests per week. The smartest students often do even more. Its more exam base than skill base. We’re not allowed to eat or drink anything in class, and we have to stay at school from 6:30 AM to 2 PM - that’s more than 8 hours. Some of the clever students even study or take tests for up to 15 hours per day, especially on days they don’t have school. I just want to say... help!
