Over the years, being a fan of Circa Survive, I discovered that Anthony Green was the old Saosin singer and, a few years ago came back with the original band and released a MASTERPIECE: Along the Shadow. I hope you'll do some cover of that record in the future...anyway...you make a few videos but always AMAZING and sometimes you post really beautiful original songs. GOOD JOB MAN! (:

Absolutely amazing cover. It's really cool that you incorporate a few clips of your raw guitar track in the video. I think I tend to get down on my playing or my tone sometimes because I forget how different a guitar can sound on its own vs. in the mix. Seeing this helped a bit.
Thanks Sam! Yeah, people often chase the tone in isolation but then in the mix it just doesn't add up. The whole is greater than the sum of its parts :-)

How do you rest your hand on your guitar? It’s a bit hard to see heh
Hm, I have never really given it a thought, I guess I worked it out by just playing and adjusting to what is comfortable and keeps it clean. I reckon its a combination of a few techniques. The main anchor point is the top end of the guitar body where my forearm just lies flat. Then I additionally rest my palm on the bridge where possible (plus it helps with muting the unwanted noise) and I also add extra support by resting my pinky and ring finger below the strings (or directly on the strings if they are not being played).
