They're rerecording the self titled album, out later this year, and a new album with Cove on vocals is scheduled for next year. Anthony hasn't left but it seems like he's too busy with his other projects to commit to Saosin so Cove is confirmed to be on future material until that changes. I hope we get at least a song with both. That'd be sick.

I won't lie, the last Saosin album with Anthony was fantastic in my opinion. Why they never continued with another album I'll never know but seeing Cove do Dead America and seeing him in Saosin again made my day! Whether its Anthony or Cove, I'm happy to see Saosin back doing their thing!

My first exposure to saosin was with ag as the singer, but I was never like a super avid fan. And as I went on and would randomly hear new saosin songs over the years, I could hear the sort of gruff almost aggression in the vocals and I liked it but I never put much thought into it. I eventually learned about cove and honestly it seems like a better fit for the music

When AG left, they found a very good mid-tenor, in Cove, to replace him and wrote songs that fit his voice more. Both eras of Saosin are great, but the Translating the Name EP had the biggest impact to music out of all of their material. That EP changed the game for post-hardcore.
They still sound so amazing live, I’m very impressed. Saw them in Munich in 2008 I think, I was one of a few dozen people in attendance. Super stoked they are playing together again!

If you watch his worst performances around that time it really seems like he just didn't know how to relax and breathe.

Yea, it's amazing to hear bands that can do it perfect live. Linkin Parks Live In Texas album has some songs I prefer live over the album. Saosin is pretty amazing, the whole lineup is super talented.
Let’s take a moment and be incredibly thankful how special it is to see this band with two different front men. I’ve always been the AG favorite but dam I can’t sit here and say I don’t love this band with cove as well. I just take it as a gift that we get to see this band in two different forms. I absolutely love it, it’s special as hell because nobody else can have two front men who are active with the band at different times and both have their own style but you’d never say the band sounds completely different or off without one or the other. I love AG, I love Cove and I love this band so much.
