Hold on. 6:00 Wouldn't you be able to dash onto an objective to get a shot with strategic ploy?

That's definitely interesting because they both say "at the start of the tp". There is no official rule on how to resolve simultaneous effects, but generally:
If they are your effects, you decide the order.
Or if you and your opponent have the same effect, the initiative holder resolves first. ( Or the defender if there isn't initiative yet)
That's a nice interaction you can use with defenders of the faith, just mention the interaction with your opponent first so there are no gatchas
