It's interesting that Tiffany says she approaches things as a consumer. Well then why does their company insist on patronizing customers who say that some of their products can cause problems? I've used their Marula Oil on many occasions and it always gives me clogged pores. I only use Drunk Elephant skincare and rarely use foundation (A favourite from Coverfx which I discovered over 10 years ago while researching foundations for acne prone skin). The Lala Retro moisturizer also gave me blackheads. Their sunscreen also makes me break out. And believe me I have done my detective work trying to figure out what was giving me issues. After over a decade of trying different products, researching like crazy, and wasting money, I've finally reached the conclusion that my skin cannot handle heavy textures, including oils. I can tolerate Rosehip oil (I use The Ordinary's) without issues but Marula absolutely doesn't work for me. A little humility in a brand is not a bad thing. Always better than talking down to your customers. And maybe a focus on actual science would help their customers understand them better.
I can't put my finger on the exact reason why, but this interview kind of turned me off to the brand. Which is strange, because I loved her interview with Caroline Hirons. But I totally disagree with the assertion that they don't go for scare-mongering.
Exactly ...I felt the same way ....I am using DE products at the moment ( from US Sephora ) shocked that they are the price they are in the UK ....but this interview has really put me off !!!
I am from the states, 58 yrs. old, and use much of the Drunk Elephant line. Yes it is cute packaging but more importantly it truly has become my favorite skin care line other than a few medical grade products. I started with Protini™ Polypeptide Cream and the C-Tango™ Multivitamin Eye Cream and now have almost the whole line. I'm so happy for our neighbors across the pond, you guys are going to love this line. And Tiffany, you are such a beauty inside and out. Thank you lovely Nadine for this video.
As a scientist, I find her arguments poor and unreferenced. Some of those chemicals are proven to have the negative properties that she discusses but others currently do not. I also think that marketing this way is odd as there are many brands that avoid most of those ingredients but they aren't as aggressive or virtuous about it.
I am with you - I find some products with SLS non drying, use chemical sunscreens on my body and have no problems with silicones at all - but it's imporant to hear her views I think.
People are overreacting as they first did with Paula Begoun when she said basically the same thing (except for silicones and sunscreen). Nobody is forced to give up the products they’re using if that’s what they like, you do you! But there are studies backing up her claims on fragrance, drying alcohols and essential oils. I can understand how that can bother people that use and love those ingredients (and can continue to use them) but it doesn’t make it any less true. And for the price, yes it’s expensive, but so are many of other brands that Sephora sells or any department store for that matter and I don’t see that many people complaining about those.
I agree with everything you say here - well put - I think it's important to allow her opinions to be heard even though I might not agree with them all.
I’m so sorry but I switched off within ten mins - skipped ahead to see if she started to talk any real sense and got less annoying but in my humble opinion (which I’m entitled to just the same as she is) she hasn’t got a clue what she’s talking about and scaremongering and throwing around big words like cancer when you’re trying to promote your own brand turns me OFF. X PS if you got an elephant drunk you’re effectively slowly poisoning it by feeding it toxins - bad choice of name surely...
Gosh you could see her skin was amazing with no foundation on. I must say though, comparing essential oils to lung cancer was unnecessary. I heard this on beautypedia video review for Sunday Riley luna. Not nice.
Lookin Good Feelin Fine it’s an analogy. She’s referring to the long term exposure can create a sensitivity. If it’s not needed, and create harm over time, why use it. She didn’t say they caused cancer.
Nubianette oh I didn’t think she said they cause cancer, that would be awful. It’s no big deal I just found it unnecessary to put the use of essential oils in the same sentence as cancer. Poor example, that’s all.
Did I read correctly that she's on her way to being a billion $$ company? Dear lord isn't she laughing all the way to the bank. The more I'm exposed to the founder, her claims, her trite marketing and her FAUX 'woe is me' 'we're all suffering together now aren't we!' (barf. she clearly isn't) instagram account and just my own ability to critically consider the actual (not the overhyped) value of her products/ the contents therein, the more I'm really over it. The products are fine, but not revolutionary at all. I've tried it all (multiple bottles), and my conclusion is, not worth the $$$ and I'm certainly not supporting a company with that marketing tone. Sweet Lord. Being 'suspicious' is enough to legitimize this into a proper argument? Um. No. It's anti-vaxing but for skincare. Beyond ludicrous. A 'suspicious' person who, by her own admission, is not a scientist but 'trying to educate'. She makes good quality skincare, so she should just project a general 'clean' message for DE's branding as a USP if that's what she wants, but please spare us the polemics of pseudoscience.
It's very different from anti-vaxing because not being vaccinated puts yourself and others in danger. All she's saying is the way she designs her products is "if in doubt, leave it out" it's like a total elimination diet for those who cannot pinpoint what is making their skin react. I don't really understand what the issue is when her sunscreen products have physical sunscreens instead. She's not calling for chemical sunscreens to be banned. She's just providing an alternative for people with skin issues that they can't pinpoint the source off.
SO I have a question for Tiffany Masterson! Why is Drunk Elephant's Marula oil SO expensive? DE Marula oil is $72 compaired to The Ordinary at £9......that is a massive difference....yet THEY still make a profit.
WOW...just goes to show what a mark up these companies hike on top. At the moment I am using Cacay oil and it is fabulous for dry skin, it boosts collagen, elesticity, hydration and it helps to repair the skins hydrolipidic layer which can be damaged by washing with harsh clensers. I tried it on my hair and my dyed blond hair loves it.
It's a wonderful personal story and I am happy for her. However, the cosmetics world would be just fine without this brand. It's expensive and quite ordinary. I buy more interesting products at Target. Unfortunately, Stephanie made up her own science about skin care products. Her tinted sunscreen is similar to the first tinted SPF products I bought in the nineties. Thank God Sephora has a good return policy.
I don't know what it is, but I don't care for the owner or the DE brand. I don't understand how this brand is so popular. Her 'facts' are based on her preferences and opinion. 👎
I am 41 and have been using the whole DE line for 1 year and I’ve never found anything like it. I love skincare and have tried a lot of products and every time I tried something new I would go on to the next new thing because I never really saw results (actually accept for the clarins double serum I still uso it and it’s really good) anyway... DE has been the ONLY skincare I have been repurchasing for the last year! It has changed my skin for much better and my skin looks better now than it did years ago! That’s just my experience with it and I think it’s worth it! Some people say they use the ordinary and it’s the same... it’s not!!!! I tried and it’s not even close, at least it wasn’t to me. But everybody’s skin is different!
Cleansing is indeed overrated. Cleansing always removes the skin's natural oils which offer better protection than any cream out there on the market can provide. To be honest, I would prefer to remove my sunscreen with just water but I use a mild cleanser for that.
I wasn’t a fan of this interview. Tiffany seems lovely but she is uneducated on a lot of the science behind skincare and is spreading misinformation. Her responses and explanations were lack lustre and confusing; it is testament to the fact that she herself is ill informed. This is exactly why people should only listen to experts in the field who are educated like doctors etc instead of being so gullible to the information provided by pseudo-scientists like Tiffany and other beauty bloggers. This brand is a perfect example of why overhyping online can be very problematic. She seems way out of her depth ..
What a wonderful lady. I didn’t realize the compassion that went into DE nor did I know about ingredients strip your screen. Fantastic interview! Thank you Nadine 💕
Good interview Nadine.. My problem is that the drunk elephant line is so expensive that only people that have lots of money can afford to buy them. So I will stay with the products I have used for a few years that are very affordable, and they also work....I am sure her products are lovely, but I am sure there are many people like me....if they were at a reasonable price we would try them...thanks Nadine.....xoxo
This was really interesting to hear! In saying that, "I suspect they make you break out" Well, as someone who has adult acne and can break out, I use exclusively 'chemical' or mixed SPF's and have no problem at all. Not everyone is the same. Yes, some people will break out but to blanket ALL chemical sunscreens as a breakout trigger is silly. Some people have even managed to pinpoint the few filters that cause a breakout/stinging/reaction.
I feel for this lady. she has created a gorgeous brand with clean ingredients which the UK and Australia has been doing for quite some years. I've been buying clean skincare for 5 years, and I think that essential oils will be dependent on the individual, the sunscreen is for sure killing the reefs in the sea, everyone should switch these up! And the rest of the 6 are purely personal choice. I think she can take a step back now and let people try it. X
I use a lot of Decleor skincare and my skin has never looked better. I have no lines or wrinkles, it's completely hydrated and has a lovely glow. So I vehemently disagree with aromatherapy being harmful for skin.
I too have been using essential oils since I was 15 and I'm now 61 and my skin looks good and never had any problems. So I won't be stopping using them anytime soon.
Did anyone else watch this video and then go into their bathroom and double cleanse, apply their retinol with silicone in followed by a chemical sunscreen and later on spritz a mist including essential oils? HAH! Each to their own I say, everyone’s skin is different.
I have a balsam of Peru allergy and have been warned to avoid fragrance and chemical sunscreen so I’m delighted with Drunk Elephant products. I wish more companies would take a leaf out her book and ditch the unnecessary fragrance and essential oils they add to their products! Can’t wait to see what Tiffany comes up with next! 😉😘😘by the way how pretty is she??!!! x
I have my reservations about any new brands/trends that suddenly become big, which is why I didn't hop on the Korean beauty bandwagon. Personally I trust companies that have been around for decades more.
I think that the bad social media has gotten to her, she seems defensive. When she did the interview with Caroline Hirons she appeaered fresher more confident, now she talks as if she felt scared.
She by her own admission is not a chemist! Essential oils used correctly, like most skincare is down to the skin of the person! The only thing ‘suspicious ‘ here is her logic. If I ever thought of buying an overpriced product, it wouldn’t be DE as I don’t believe in her thinking. I think she should build the virtues of her products and not make them look good by bringing other products down. Sorry Nadine, I love your channel but she is not relatable and I now don’t trust the brand.
Buccaneer Beth I bet Decleor would love her thoughts on essential oils on the face! Lol 😂 They have only been doing it very successfully for over 40 years! How ridiculous 😂
Any dermatologist worth their degree will also tell you that essential oils serve no purpose in skincare and that they are more harmful than anything else.
And what degree do. any of you have to question her opinion??? This is a rhetorical question so please don't start throwing out degrees that can't be authenticated! She states she's not a chemist but at least took the time to study skin care. She did not put down any other brands so what video you were you watching?
I don't somehow agree with the EOs being harmful. .. agree some people can be sensitive to it and cant use it... but not as a blanket "it's suspicious "
I used to agree with you...still do to a certain extent. That being said the more research I've done the more I'm wondering about the long term effect of them on my skin?? Personally I I'm leaning towards cutting them out simply because there is too much unknown and I just don't see enough of a benefit to keep using them. I haven't at this point cut them out completely but I'm wondering and researching....just my opinion.☺
@@kmw97 yes... i too read up on whatever material i can lay my hands on to understand the pros n cons... coming from a background in chemistry it helps understand. ..☺ i guess the jury is out n it's too soon to call ☺
I just wish Drunk Elephant would not promote encouraging the consumer to play chemist with their products by combining them. Encouraging someone to mix a retinol with their eye cream and applying that, for instance, is irresponsible. I like what they stand for but I’m not sure I agree with suggestions for application. Oh, and their prices are way too high.
Essential oils for sensitive skin is really a no go zone. I can't stand essential oils in skin care, because I have sensitive skin. Ask any good dermatologist, most would agree that essential oils are harmful for the skin. From what I have gathered, essential oils photosynthesis in the sun. It is an absolute joke when some skin care companies add irritating ingredients in skin care that is geared towards sensitive skin.
So much complaining and whining in the comments. People, no one is pointing guns at you and forcing you to buy it. Get real and set your own priorities. It's very reasonably priced for a brand coming from another country and another continent.
I very much enjoy the brand and am about to put a full regimen to work , excluding her cleansers. I don’t agree with her that you shouldn’t wash your face in the morning.... your skin does all it’s hard work at night and a mild A. M. Cleanse preps for your morning routine and makeup
I agree that DE is overpriced, but I heard so much about it on RUclips, I wanted to try it. I was able to get a small discount on the littles and I ordered a couple of their kits. My skin was in great shape prior to using these products. I have dry skin, rarely break out and take great care of my skin now that I'm in my 50s. The FIRST night I used the products I broke out bad. I immediately stopped. It took more than a week to get my skin back to normal. I got the nerve to try them again a month later. This time I only used one product at a time and determined that it was the LaLa Retro Cream (so far) that breaks me out. I tried it on three different nights and every time I broke out! In the end I only love their Babyfacial (better than the Ordinary AHA 30% + BHA 2% Peeling Solution) and Protini. I also like the TLC Fambroos (Alpha 10% Glycolic AHA is just as good), Marula oil (Shea Terra Organics - Marula Oil is great) and the C-Firma serum (I make my own Vit. C serum). Will I buy DE again when I finish them? No, except for maybe the Babyfacial, which is the only thing that IMO is worth the price! There are a lot of clean products that don't charge a fortune plain and simple, i.e., First Aid Beauty and CeraVe. I'm over the hype.
I actually really love the DE Cfirma because it’s very hydrating for my dry skin. Although, I do think her products are over-priced. And, I think she’s lovely; however, she’s always saying to stay away from foundation, and seriously, not all of us have perfect skin & require foundation.
I found this very informative. I'm high risk for breast cancer and was scared to use products with parabens. Thank you so much for addressing this topic.
Everyone is entitled to there own opinion and if we all liked the same thing then the beauty industry wouldn’t be what it is, however, my only problem with the brand and ethos is that of the price. Yes, there are other expensive brand out there, but the difference with drunk elephant is that you have to buy your full skin care regime from them to get the results they promise to ensure they don’t contain the ‘suspicious six’. It’s interesting heading something different but I won’t be buying any of these products.
Thanks Nadine it’s always great to hear from the founders directly. I do love this brand and pick and chose from its lineup - it’s very effective even if at times the brand dogma doesn’t always resonate. Brilliant that you arranged the code, just wanted to let your other Aussie followers know that Cult Beauty can’t ship DE to Australia, no doubt something to do with the fact that the brand is stocked here by another vendor.
DE Skincare is great if you can afford it. The interviewer interrupted her to many times. I think that is why she seems defensive when talking about her products. My favorites are the cleansing bars. They last so long too.
I do like the DE products, but nearly everything contains camellia leaves, which is essentially tea leaves. And I am caffeine sensitive, so cannot use.
I hate how this brand COMPLETEY fucked the UK customers over. The prices were NOT converted at all to GBP, instead they just inserted a £ sign in place of the $ sign. Why are we paying so much more over here? Disgusting.
I love many Drunk Elephant products but the bar cleansers and the jelly cleanser are too harsh for my skin. I can't use any "cleanser" from any brand. I wash my face with avocado oil and water. Great interview! Looking forward to what you have to say about the DE products!:)
I tried their bar cleanser and while it was okay, it did give me a feeling of slightly dry/tight skin after rinsing my face with water. I've been using a milky cleanser from La Roche Posay and it's so gentle. My skin has no dry feeling after using it. I've given up foamy cleansers in favour of milky/creamy ones and it's been one of the best things I've done for my skin.
Brit Q Yu I was thinking the same thing. And have you seen Brian’s skincare q&a’s? The guy actually knows what he’s talking about and always gives research based answers.
I love the Drunk Elephant products. Started off with a sampler and purchased full sized products after I ran out. The tinted sunscreen is one of my favorite items looks great alone and plays nicely with makeup.
Bought vitamin c serum and the marula oil on cult beauty with 15% off on Monday with a daily mail offer all l am hearing is that the price is too much compared to the American pricing so 15% off is great. She seemed in a slightly bad mood just my opinion and there is nothing new here. Alpha h have done squidgy pots long before drunk elephant to mix products with. Having said that l am glad the brand is easier to get now and l will buy more from the range. The two products that l really wanted was baby facial and the sunshine drops.
I was so over it after listening to her about chemical sunscreen. Someone who has worked 6-5 days a week, over 30+ years, met many people who are allergic to mineral sunscreen and can only use chemical sunscreen and vice a verse, and there are people who cannot use either allergic to both sunscreen.
It frustrates the hell out of me when I hear someone say ‘we don’t slate other brands’. Actually you do - you scare monger people by promoting what you don’t use as they are ‘suspicious’ instead of focusing on what you actively do use. It’s a marketing tactic. In effect you are saying all brands that do use these ingredients are BAD. This holier than thou approach is insulting. If you can afford it, buy it but don’t make people that can’t afford it feel bad about the choices they have to make which are absolutely fine!
I think its the one that starts with a 'C'. haha I know that's so random and not helpful, but I bet you can find the info online...good luck! I know there are differences to silicones and their properties, so good on you for understanding/ respecting this concept.
Usually fragrance and essential oils increases the price of products because it raises costs for company. One would think omitting these ingredients would allow Drunk Elephant to offer products at a lower price point.
Cleansing is overated ( and I mean too much cleansing)..your skin is not that dirty..you did not roll in the infested mud. And a lot of people that promote double cleansing (and still look good) are young people who havent had a chance to age yet. And some skincare "gurus" that are more mature and pomote double cleansing, in all honesty, don't look that good for their age, haven't aged well and don't have great skin. Let's be honest here.
I don´t agree with her take on ingredients and I would much prefer less "toxic" claims in skin care, but I do appreciate being able to listen to a pleasant and grown up talk about it.
Having suffered with rosacea for over 20 years and getting it finally under control over the last 2 years, I appreciate the brand going essential oil and fragrance free. I am tempted to try this brand out but would like to know if the products include ceramides and niacinamide which are both ingredients I believe have helped to improve my skin barrier. Also would like to understand if using tlc framboise can in any impact the skin barrier since it removes the top layers of the skin?
The TLC is basically a mix of different AHA acids with a little BHA (gets into the pores) with a huge $$$. IMO, there are other lovely similar formulations with the same result at lesser/ less opportunistic costing.
I could not agree more about the Alcohol in skincare. I used to regularly suffer with break-outs when I used certain products and its not until I watched one of your videos Nadine that I checked the ingredients in those products and they contained Alcohol Denat. I have since stopped using them and refuse to buy any products with that ingredient included and my skin has never been better.
Thank you both for this interview. Wish I had waited for the discount code, I was to eager to try Drunk Elephant, so ordered as soon as possible. Hoping it will arrive tomorrow. I hope you will do a review on the products one you have tried them. Always love your videos Nadine 💖
I had a great experience using this brand, and its really made my skin look glowing and helping with breakouts. I prefer Good Genes new glycolic though, but other than that, would happily go all in for DE.
I liked this interview and agree with most of it. I still use chemical sunscreens only because I’ve never broke out from using them despite having sensitive skin. Not scared of parabens since nothing was ever proved about it causing any disease. Not fan of silicons or essential oils, fragrances are sometimes annoying and dyes are unnecessary. I don’t use SLS in a while now and my hair and skin loves not having them, but a chemist who once told me there’s a difference between Sodium Laureth Sulfate and Sodium Lauryl Sulfate. And she said “basically they are just entirely different molecules that happen to share similar names. Sodium Lauryl Sulfate is too harsh and shouldn’t be used, while Sodium Laureth Sulfate is gentle.” I would love to know what do you know about that.
I will not put anyone "down" when they are doing their best to develop great products. Some of the comments on here sound like you are still in high school. Let's bully the person who thinks differently from the crowd. A bunch of followers who are too scared to take a stand and become leaders! It really is simple. If you don't like her or her products before ever trying them, take your ball and your closed mind, and go home! If anyone ever realized how childish your opinions sound and just how many do not need your negativity you may learn to keep your keep your thoughts to yourself. Have a blessed day!
Hi Nadine, could you do a video explaining why you are so against essential oils. I have been using Decleor and Liz Earle products for a number of years now and my dry/sensitive/reactive skin has never looked better. Am i storing up problems for the future?
Thanks for another great interview. I would like to see Sali Hughes do an in the bathroom with Tiffany! Only item i have been wanting to try is the Vit C but i have my Skinceuticals about to die and already got a Mad Hippie waiting in the wings so the DE will have to wait. Glad DE is FINALLY in the UK but like HRH Hirons said the prices are expensive given the $-£ conversion and BREXIT blurb. I would have asked her what is next.....
I'm sorry I disagree with her view on essential oil in the skin. Clarins have been using essential oils in their facial oils for years. Caudalie have essential oils in their facial oils too. If the clients skin is diagnosed by a qualified skin specialist, hopefully the oils won't cause a problem. Stress, pregnancy and hormonal changes and over uses of sauna steam on a spa day can make the skin more susceptible to being reactive to mildly blended essential oils for skin conditions. Love the packaging of the products, they are bright and cheery.
Tiffany seems in a bad mood and Nadine seems to be handling her with kid gloves! Well done though Nadine for getting us the code, I've just bought the three hero products that my gurus seem to love (Sali, Caroline, Stephanie and you ) and I shall judge for myself. If you don't try you cannot really judge! Keep up with the great videos Nadine....and can we please have a brand overview of Environ?
I think it is important to choose a brand with good formulation. A good formulator will be able to use the right amounts for great results. I still love natural botanical extracts in my skincare. As for people with sensitive skin, yes they may be better off with products that are unscented just to reduce the possibilities of irritants. However, if I am someone with minimal skin issues, I’d definitely choose something that smells good. It just makes the skincare regime more enjoyable! :) Check out CANVAS beauty from Australia, I really like it!
+Nadine Baggot please can you do a review of this new line called JJLabs Skin Solutions which is on Etsy? Apparently they have a lot of dupes for the ordinary and would love your opinion on these please!
‘Cleansing is overrated.’ Girl BYE 👋🏼 😂

Me too.

it is their fault for not being aggresive about communicating that they avoid certain actives. She clearly has her philosophy formulate it right!

I really like GOW serums. Garden of Wisdom is made in Arizona, US, but sold on Victoria Health in the UK.
You can’t compare DE with the ordinary, it’s a complex mixture of ingredients verses 1 individual ingredient product.
Sweet Lord. Being 'suspicious' is enough to legitimize this into a proper argument? Um. No. It's anti-vaxing but for skincare. Beyond ludicrous.
I get marula oil here in South Africa for R40 for 40ml which works out as just over 2 pounds, no way am i buying the DE oil for that price!
Because you are lining the CEO’s pockets. It’s disgraceful.
Who’s Stephanie?
Who is Stephanie. Your opinion kind of loses all relevance when you can't even get the persons' name correct that you are bashing!!
I don't know what it is, but I don't care for the owner or the DE brand. I don't understand how this brand is so popular. Her 'facts' are based on her preferences and opinion. 👎
jlsat3 people who buy makeup at Sephora are getting skincare there too. I would never. DE is for someone who doesn’t do there homework.
I love her shes soft spoken and actually seems to care about skin care. You sound kinda angry. 😂
To be honest, I would prefer to remove my sunscreen with just water but I use a mild cleanser for that.
nah thats not true if you use a properly formulated/ correct pH cleanser.
I AM an aromatherapist and my skin goes BERSERK when I use an essential oil all natural product on my skin..she is right!
In saying that, "I suspect they make you break out"
Well, as someone who has adult acne and can break out, I use exclusively 'chemical' or mixed SPF's and have no problem at all.
I don't even understand anything she is saying. Its mirrors and smoke and talking in circles. Only my opinion!!
I use a lot of Decleor skincare and my skin has never looked better. I have no lines or wrinkles, it's completely hydrated and has a lovely glow. So I vehemently disagree with aromatherapy being harmful for skin.
Bo Brucie same. I’ve been using essential oils all my life. No problems
😉😘😘by the way how pretty is she??!!! x
The brand never appealed to me.
Love Tiffany Masterson. What a legend
Feel exactly the same .....really disappointed....Ridiculous comment re Essential oils ....she really needs to get her facts right ....
Buccaneer Beth I bet Decleor would love her thoughts on essential oils on the face! Lol 😂 They have only been doing it very successfully for over 40 years! How ridiculous 😂
Exactly .....
Wait. Did she just dis double cleansing?
he he he, I know I nearly hid behind the sofa when she said that, you know CH is a friend of mine X
Hey Uh mama 🧐
So much complaining and whining in the comments.
People, no one is pointing guns at you and forcing you to buy it. Get real and set your own priorities.
It's very reasonably priced for a brand coming from another country and another continent.
10:00 "cleansing is overrated, double cleansing etc..." lol was that a straight dig at Caroline Hirons?
I'm hiding behind the sofa, CH Is a friend of mine XXX
hahaha yes better stay neutral :P i love you too btw!
Now I want to scrub her face.
Caroline Hirons 🤣🤣🤣
Caroline Hirons Lol now Brandon truaxe has mentioned you in his rant too!
I have never used Drunk Elephant products but after watching this, I am sold!!
Yes, it is a scientific fact that parabens are not good. At the very least they are hormone disruptors. And worse...
The products speak for themselves...they’re amazing! They are pricey, but very concentrated. Worth the extra $
Nadine, when are YOU coming out with your own skincare line???
loved this!! cant wait for my DE products to arrive... so nice to see two great women sharing and educating. xx
I prefer Paulas choice
I agree she doesn't seem as friendly as she was on the CH vid.
So, does anyone know WHICH silicones (used in skincare) can evaporate from the skin?
The volatile ones, in the products start as a cream and turn to powder - however I do not think they dehydrated the skin at all. X
I think its the one that starts with a 'C'. haha I know that's so random and not helpful, but I bet you can find the info online...good luck! I know there are differences to silicones and their properties, so good on you for understanding/ respecting this concept.
Sorry Tiffany, you absolutely do need to wash your face in the morning.
Quitting sugar helps a lot with rosacea. Try it for two weeks and see.
The TLC is basically a mix of different AHA acids with a little BHA (gets into the pores) with a huge $$$. IMO, there are other lovely similar formulations with the same result at lesser/ less opportunistic costing.
Thanks, ill try that!!!
I hope we get Drunk Elephant someday here in Brazil!
ps: she's got such a lovely and calming voice!
Thank you both for this interview. Wish I had waited for the discount code, I was to eager to try Drunk Elephant, so ordered as soon as possible. Hoping it will arrive tomorrow. I hope you will do a review on the products one you have tried them. Always love your videos Nadine 💖
Amazing Interview..Amazing Down to earth Lady
I had a great experience using this brand, and its really made my skin look glowing and helping with breakouts. I prefer Good Genes new glycolic though, but other than that, would happily go all in for DE.
R Baker really?
Anyone agree her voice sounds like Pamela Anderson? 🤔
I was under the impression a retinol is coming.
Love the packaging of the products, they are bright and cheery.
which oils are good for your skin (i.e marula) and which are essential oils??
Guys she made 120 million selling these products to shiseido- she got the last laugh
Such fascinating and valuable information from Tiffany! ❤️ this interview ☺️
Thank you both
Off topic, those earrings are SO beautiful 😘
Jill Morris I was just thinking the same! Would love to know where they are from
Mineral sunscreens dry my skin out like a mo fo. Hands down. Sorry.
Tried the soap got bad reaction never tried them again.
Thank you, Nadine!! 💋💋
She's a day younger than me. Good interview. Thanks Nadine.
I loved listening to you lovely ladies exchanging opinions. It is always a pleasure to see intelligent women being successful. thanks!
Thank you! I’ll try vitamin c eye cream using your code ❤️😍
What an absolutely lovely lady. Great video extremely informative . 👍🏻👍🏻
Love drunk elephant! Such beautiful products I use everyday. Well worth the price.
Thanks for the interview, but I will stick with what I know(the ordinary) great channel Nadine!
“Nipples down” is my new favorite saying.
Nadine! Why didn’t you ask her about retinol???
+Nadine Baggot please can you do a review of this new line called JJLabs Skin Solutions which is on Etsy? Apparently they have a lot of dupes for the ordinary and would love your opinion on these please!
rhabk you so much for this! very very informational. loved it.
Tiffany you are a stud!
The MLM huns who sell doTerra and Young Living are all probably going to have a heart attack when they hear her comments on essential oils!
Ooooooh could that possibly be because she is wrong !!!!!
The MLMs give very bad Info that is downright dangerous.
Worst customer service ever.
It sounds like a lovely product and Tiffany is so open and honest.
Thank you.
Interesting interview. Thanks for sharing
Cult beauty code didn’t last for long !!!!
15%% nowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww?? when we all shopped on wedn??? arghhhhhh ;)
What a beautiful down to earth person Tiffany
