I don't think the game is bad it looks great visually. I just find it insulting that they are charging full price for an "early access" title. With promises to "add things later" is ridiculous. We as consumers are letting them get away with this. It has since sold a ton of copies. All companies care about the money a game is making. If they see its selling tons, then they won't see selling a hollow game with no content is a bad thing. To me that's why it deserves the hate it's getting. I've been saying the same thing since the whole NMS debacle. When I got it and played it for the first time it was EXACTLY what I was expecting it to be. :/ The devs said repeatedly that it WASN'T going to be another Star Citizen, but instead it's focus would be more on just walking around and looking at planets and shit. Just real simple. But people STILL were expecting some crazy fucking genre revolutionizing RPG shit. I knew a guy who would literally be like "Dude, we HAVE to play this together when it comes out. Sea of Thieves seems like it should have been more of a physics-based romp with an emphasis on players making their own experiences. Like, a head-scratcher for me is why gold gets absorbed and becomes a simple number -- surely, in a game about thievery, money and goods should always be a physical thing that someone can give or take. That alone is a bit of a red flag to me, that the devs aren't making a game where people get to play out their pirate fantasies, they're making a game where players can repeat pirate-themed quest loops. Nevermind that they took the act of lawless sea-stealing and, in a great irony, systemized it. That's probably the biggest problem, right? That this is a game that turns an inherently unruly, unstable lifestyle into a consistent, safe experience. The romance of piracy is the danger and haphazard roughness to it, rewarding cunning and cutthroat decision-making. If Sea of Thieves doesn't foster that, it's in a poor place.

as the spray pilot division of funhaus, i appreciate this being uploaded early enough for me to watch it before my flight. Funhaus thinks of the working man.
I am trialling the game for free for 14 days with game pass. I can’t justify full price YET, but just even in its barebones stage, it’s incredibly fun with a good group of friends.
It feels like you guys are basically describing Monster Hunter: World with all the side things you want in Sea of Thieves. Which then bring up a question........why would you even buy sea of thieves if Monster hunter does everything better for $60?
Statiq It’s far more than any “weaboo” game I’ve played, that’s like calling Nier a weeb game. Any way if you want a pirate experience play Black wake or AC4, they’re far better pirate games.
The sailing aspect is really fun and it's a co-op game where you not only need the other people but you need to communicate and communicate effectively to play successfully or even competently. I have 3 people I played with (before we got bored and dropped it) that I know personally and would get on conference calls with. We all have different jobs and responsibilities. It's the best game I've played in recent memory in that regard of making full use of 2, 3, and 4 player co-op and communication. It's just criminally close-ended at this point. Every mission sends you like 2 islands away from where you are and there's an outpost every third island. So the idea of going on some long sailing adventure is a lie. You never really create a story for yourself because you sail for 5 seconds, complete 1 of 3 different piss-easy grind missions, then sail 5 seconds back for your pathetic reward. The combat is also absolute garbo and the ship respawn is fine, but the individual respawn is fucking horseshit. All they need do is make it to the bottom of your ship and spawn kill the person who repairs while their guys shoot your hull. There's no reward for doing it unless they have treasure. There's no reward for killing the kraken. There is no progression in abilities, equipment, or difficulty. You play to grind gold to buy cosmetic updates for all the same tools you already have. There are no better ships, no better weapons, nothing that gives you an edge in combat regardless of your dedication to the grind. There's not enough variety to grinding, not enough of a reward for doing it, and not enough of a meaningful end goal to justify it. I'm still in simply because its barebones nature is more or less a promise that more is to come. I'm probably going to pick this game back up once the first update drops just to see the scale of the things they are changing. My hope is that that stripped down nature of the game is strategic and done to preserve game stability while they work on the inevitable teething issues that MMOs experience. What they need is a MASSIVE update that addresses most or all of these issues in some way. I'm not expecting perfection, but I am expecting a concerted effort to expand on the beautiful framework they've laid out. My apprehension is not knowing the breadth and depth of the updates because pretty much everything but the sailing needs either fixing or expanding upon.
Seeing Elyse get so excited about Muppet Treasure Island made my week. As usual, I love the discussion! I'm always left with something new to think about. P.S. That's a rad bat shirt, Lawrence.
I'd like to expand on Elyse's idea about having an infamous dreaded pirate NPC and suggest that there be a chance when setting out on a treasure hunt to be offered to play that role, where you would get a stronger ship and maybe some abilities to help track other players. That way not only are you changing up the formula every once in a while, but also incintevizing other crews to work together to defeat them.
I really like that SoT doesn't go through a tutorial or intro mission. I feel like the opening cinematic sets up the game and leads to the 1 important point: You are a pirate. Go be a pirate.
Major_Lag It's basic human nature, people tend to become the people they surround themselves with, which unintentionally creates an echo chamber because everyone in the group most likely thinks the same on most things and shares the same opinion on a majority of things. I'm here for Bruce's wheezy laughter which is sadly non-existent in this podcast but that's what the backlog is for. There are podcasts where they do disagree with each other but like I said similar friends who are always with each other become more similar and therefore tend to have the same opinion and shared perspective on things. If it was a topic in which they truly wanted to have a full open all sides discussion they should have a guest on that is not from the group with not strictly an opposing side but not the same group think that comes from always being with each other and seeing how much already of things from the same perspective. I love the podcasts because they are long and I have no life but what I really enjoy is watching my buff Huskies and my queen get down on some games, drop some fucked up jokes and have a really good time while Bruce has a Wheezy asthma attack of laughter which inevitably ends in him farting in which James asks for matches.
Major_Lag yes I agree hearing people agree all the time does get boring what it's way better than those childish blood Sports everyone wants drama and arguments but like you said in your original post and which I agree with they just need more of a diverse conversation with somebody who isn't going to just with them because they are from the same group or have the same perspective because it does turn into a circle jerk instead of questioning each other it's like you said mainly just agreeing and then moving on rather than explain to all sides. Plus it's a format that they are still working on they are working on now to talk about political topics without being too bias and one sided but it's hard one like I said they all hang out together probably think alike and are in California, so by Cali state law they have to hate and fear Trump or get banished from the land of giving yourself Awards self-congratulatory disconnect from the rest of humanity. Lmao. I'm not even a trump supporter I just find it hilarious and sad that people hate and fear Him because they are told to by the media and other leftist libs, most of them don't even have a reason they believe he said something you never said or did something he never did in which Hillary Clinton has done almost everything they claim him of doing by silencing victims of her husband, being a Goldwater girl and calling black youth super predators in the 90s while not accepting gay marriage until she realized she could get votes, not to mention the fact that her in the DNC colluded against Bernie Sanders another Democratic candidate in order to give her the nomination which is fucking illegal and she still walking around talking about how she lost because if everyone else instead of the real reason, HER. Now she's back opening her mouth and everyone's telling her to shut up cuz they're sick of her same old bullshit disrespecting and trying to separate half the nation just cuz they didn't fall for her and then calling the news media that are sick and tired of her bullshit sexiest cuz they don't want to hear her spread more hatred and bigoted statements like half of America are sexist racist which in reality Hillary's been that way her whole life and needs a fucking mirror but vampires don't have Reflections in mirrors. Lmao. It's quite pathetic how quick people are willing to forget that she literally committed multiple felonies well running her campaign and then and other headlines we have one woman being arrested for 5 years for voter fraud which is excessive but we all know who she voted for... the one to set voter fraud doesn't exist, who like Europe soon will want to give non-citizens the right to vote and make political changes in a country that they are not a legal citizen of which is fucking pathetic! Life's crazy and too many people are one-sided instead of researching all sides before coming to a conclusion or the just start told what to do and how to feel and do so.
People who purchase tickets to Funhaus Live get the added bonus of following the cast around after the show as they desperately try to see Infinity War on opening night! Get photos with whole gang and the scalper out front at the Regal Cinemas 14!
I think one thing everyone is forgetting is that Rare while they have been a know developer they are not a big company, they haven't had enough employees. Sooo the lack of content is really not that surprising because it takes a lot of time to develop games when it comes to modeling and scripting. To be-honest they actually add a whole lot of stuff to it for them having such a small team.
In the game there is a giant skull cloud that floats in the air which indicates a raid island, to get the loot on that island you have to team up with another pirate crew in order to survive.
Last Saturday I was playing with my friends on sea of thieves and we had the great idea of making a "pirate collective" where it was just a bunch of different crews and we'd split the treasure equally. At most we had 12(?) people in the group.
If anyone else played Pirates of the Caribbean Online, that had: - Fleets of NPC ships for player ships to attack together. - Raid-like events where a bunch of undead pirates would attack an island and people had to sail to the island and protect the beach. Other features I can't think of but I feel like Sea of Thieves could use some of those ideas to bring that direction.
Ran into the Kraken while playing with randoms, beat it, it was really easy and got NOTHING in return for doing that. Rumor has it you get an achievement. Didn't even get that yet lol
The fact that this was intended to be on gamepass from the get go pretty much nailed in the fact that this being developed as a more “games service” kind of game that evolves over time. The fact that the game is very polished in its current “early access” state gives me hope about rare and what they plan to add to this game later on. That’s why I got this on my gamepass trial and it’s a total blast this way. Won’t renew it but will do so once the game has enough content later down the linez
If there's one co-op game that has done everything right in the ways that the team has mentioned is lacking in Sea of Thieves, is Vermintide 2. Solid opening, story progression, deep character classes, encouraged co-op and thrilling challenge.
You seem to have overlooked the fact that they pushed pre-orders and then snubbed all those that paid full price by then later announcing it was going to be a game pass title ... That was a real shitty move
I have had amazing experiences with SoT so far. To address what Adam said, I have encountered Galleons where I have communicated in game with emotes and in game chat that I am friendly. I have even gotten onto others ships and set sail with them, attacked skull forts, fought the kraken, done voyages and just explore. This game is not a lead you by the hand game. I would say this game is more like minecraft rather than destiny. You aren't hear to "beat the game", you are on the Sea of Thieves for the shared experiences you have along the way.
Can we have a weekly cooking segment to the dudesoup podcast where Jon dressed only in a blue apron teaches bruce how to cook a blue apron meal? Then Lawrence and two others can harshly judge their efforts and declare a winner out of the two "chefs"
AC: Black Flag had plenty of npc enemies but they weren't such a nuisance that you couldn't get anything done. It could probably be done in this game, maybe just limit them to set patrol routes or within a certain distance of certain islands
One of the theories my buddies thought up was that Sea of Thieves was promoted, and hyped up just to get people to use the Windows Store since you can play the game entirely for the game pass thing.
Valrald hit max level did most of the side quests but never finished the story. I got to the point where you fight Alduin for the first time. He couldn't do enough damage to move my health but apparently we were equals and I couldn't kill him.
You guys got the game for free because you are 'media', you have lost the concept of paying for games, and $60 for a game with such a simple game play loop with little content like SOT, is asking way to much. Its a $20 early access game, simple. What they have created, is amazing, dont get me wrong. There is no better water/boat simulation out there, end of story. But the reality is, every sandbox, needs a way for you to 'morph' the sand, into something. Im not talking about crafting, or teraforming or whatever. Im simply talking about leaving your mark. Imagine being able to 'take' an island. Imagine you had to store your loot at your island for a some time before selling it. There needs to be a way for the player to leave his mark, and there isnt.
Draken Not even 20. Thats crazy. Its not half of what Minecraft is. So I'd say its 7 dollars at best. No more. But definitely less. Like 3 dollars is the only price id buy it at.
I mean they do acknowledge that for $60 they wouldn’t feel the same about the game, just because you get a game for free doesn’t mean you lose all concept of paying for a game. Plus honestly if you paid $60 for this then you were swindled. $10 for a month of game pass and that’s more than enough time to do everything there is to do in the game and paying only that I feel very satisfied with my experience.
Temporal Enigma i think its more that og minecraft i think was free? or maybe around 20 bucks at most. and this game is 60$ plus tax for 5 hours of content or so ive heard
This is definitely one of those games where it’s much more fun playing with friends. If you’re solo dolo you’re at a massive disadvantage. I think adding servers where there are only sloops or only galleons would help the matchmaking problem they were discussing. That being said, I do however think the game is much more rewarding and interesting when playing with a crew. With this being such a casual open world game( if you will) it doesn’t really cater to the casual player.
Hmm so my reply was meant for "YUNG SODA", I even hit reply on his comment but did not pay attention to it not doing the @ for it. Sorry Casual Carter, no ill meant towards you. glad you enjoy the game because when I played with the friends I do have we did not. Good thing we only used to free trial.
What's going on at the studios/publishers or whoever handles a game like that? Not one person can say: "hey guys this game is looking good for a demo but not for a full game if we're gonna charge so much" ... seriously not a single person that worked on that thought something was off? If someone noticed and actually said something and was ignored, that means they be GREEDY, and they should be publicly pointed at and made fun of so this can stop... (I didn't buy this)
I think that hub world Adam was talking about is supposed to be what the pirate legend hideout is. Only problem is it's locked behind a boring grind to 50 for all factions
You know how it goes for streamers: First hours: "Oh this game is good! the best of the best, it's so popular, i can play it with my friends and stream it, bring me some donations!!" Famous youtuber reveals how incomplete the game is: "Oh this game is bad! it's incomplete, it's the next No man's sky, i am gonna make reviews and blogs of how bad it is, bring me some donations!!" It's not about the game, it's about how much money can you get from it when it's up or down.
Elyse the ship is called The Flying Dutchman when you're referring to Davy Jones's Locker, your knowledge on The Muppets amazes me but your lack of knowledge something that was even in SpongeBob.... still doesn't change the fact that I love you.
My friend had a very apt description of the game. "Its a sandbox without any toys. It's like playing pretend with your friends in kindergarten with a theme."
34:00 I was soloing a sloop and began getting hunted down by a 2-man crew, as They chased me into a galleon, I actually did flash SOS on the lantern beside the wheel, leading the galleon to engage the sloop on my back, and letting me get away
As far as i know the "dead tavern" is the place behind the door at the tavern, with some dude that wont let you pass cause your rep is not high enough, it opens at rep 50.
I don't believe the Skull Fort to be a 'common enemy' I would say it CAN be. But more often than not, people fight over who gets the skull fort. I would like to see some undead pirate legend in a co-op zone where pirates aren't encouraged to fight each other. Whether the encouragement comes from no pvp, or just law enforcers being able to step in against the law breakers, some large group quests that needs a fleet of ships to pull off.
I love how at 44:10 everything he just described is in the game. Like there are some valid criticisms in this convo, but some of the points in here are a little misinformed

I don't know about that. Last time one of them voiced their opinion without the disclaimer they received a wave of dislikes on the video. Lol
And those people are stupid.
I know what you mean. I think it is a byproduct of being a spokesperson on the internet. Spending years having strangers on the internet saying 'well actually' to everything you say probably makes you unconsciously pad everything you say in an effort to curb the crowds.
Uddhav Agarwal "that" one was different, "that" one was voicing an opinion without any research or knowledge about the topic, and end up like an ignorant commentary.
+Uddhav Agarwal Making videogames and being historically accurate aren't the same thing my friend.

Two words... game pass.
I never even bought this game I got game pass to try it then canceled it but that still doesn't make it okay it still pisses me off for others
Good!
$60? Over here in AUS, we're expected to pay $100 for it. Not worth it in my opinion.
well said, honestly it wasn't even worth the effort of getting the game pass. Even with two friends with me we only had fun for the first hour, then it just became extremely dull.
God forbid a game RELEASED with all the features the devs wanted to add. that’s just too crazy right?
Modern AAA development in a nutshell.
Big ambitions get in the way. And time constraints. I'm sure they wanted all the stuff in
Cesar Gonzalez Time constraints? They announced the game 3 years ago, which means they’ve been working on it for at least 5. They had plenty of time.
Eh, this kind of crap happens a lot with these Multiplayer games trying to edge their way into the market, i see it a lot less with AAA focused linear action games, which is why I've largely grown tired of 90% of AAA multiplayer games because there's just so much goddamn room for error
Dan carol Thank you!
I absolutely ADORED Elyse's beaming smile during the Blue Apron read, while she was watching Muppets Treasure Island. That is true fandom right there.
True love when James notices her beaming, legit cutest thing ever.
Treasure Island is best Muppet's movie
Thats because the Muppets treasure island was a master piece of children's comedy that's fun for all ages!
“that chicks partying.”
“she’s dead” - Adam 2018
I wish they wouldn't have started you off with the full map revealed. You would have to discover it on your own.
Jimmy Page or with the blunderbuss and sniper

I love the fact that Lawrence always share a story about how he's a real life hero during these podcasts xD
It's why we love him
Wait I missed this. What did he do?
Josh .Laidler He said it in the first 5 min I think but he didn't elaborate any further unfortunately :/
He mentions it about 30 sec in
Gustav Gisslén Oh yeah I heard that part, I thought I missed the explanation. Thanks for confirming I didn't :)
A real human being
Well if Lawrence is going to say this game is "essentially" $10 Well I Say it's essentially $370 ($250 for the Xbox One; $60 for Xbox Gold; And $60 for Sea of Thieves)

Love waking up to a hearty bowl of dude soup.
The fundementals are there and the first hours are a lot of fun.. But it becomes stale after awhile. It has great potential they just need to add more.
Floris Kunst that's the problem. They sold a 60 dollar empty shell of a game (early access technically) with promises to add more stuff later.
Floris Kunst reminds me of another game that was on a different console and pc..........No Man's Sky
Boobar But no mans sky didn't have players still playing after first month of release sea of thieves is a fun game right now if you have a taste for it but it's gonna be better I personally am gonna wait
Really? steamspy.com/app/275850 Looks like a few players to me.
No Mans Sea.
even no man's sky had more things to do at launch than this game
But sea of thieves devs said there will be more things I'm not saying that it's not bad right now but just wait
thats not why people are hating it, its cause they're selling a game with barely any content with the price of a fully made AAA game
Funhaus and all the media hyped No Man's Sky to the infinite before it launched and that game was pure garbage. It's shit. They charged 60 dollars for a 20 dollar indie style game.
TeamWake-N-Bake $10 game on gamepass
I’ve had fun. Not all games are good to everyone. I think pubg is absolute shit. But I know that’s just my opinion. Lots of other people like it.
yeah for 14 days you dumb fuck
Some Name yea i know thanks for pointing out the obvious in a very intelligent manner.
I truly didn’t understand the hate it was getting cause I thought it was an indie game at first... Now I get it
Any podcast with Lawerence, James, and Elyse is a win for me! :)
Lawrence. For years one of my biggest fears was slipping, falling and breaking my ass in a bathtub. Knowing there's others out there reassures me that I can now finally bang it out with my girl in there. Thank you
Don't let your fear control you, brother.
I wish I could be as happy as when Elyse looks at Muppets.

Elyse over there dropping bombs and blaming poor Benson.
as the spray pilot division of funhaus, i appreciate this being uploaded early enough for me to watch it before my flight. Funhaus thinks of the working man.
I am trialling the game for free for 14 days with game pass. I can’t justify full price YET, but just even in its barebones stage, it’s incredibly fun with a good group of friends.
SUPRISE BENSON! Benson is a good dog and I love him. Let him know please.
"That chick is partying!"
"She's dead"
It feels like you guys are basically describing Monster Hunter: World with all the side things you want in Sea of Thieves. Which then bring up a question........why would you even buy sea of thieves if Monster hunter does everything better for $60?
Ryan Gradel because im not a weeaboo and cant fulfil my pirate fantasies there
Statiq
It’s far more than any “weaboo” game I’ve played, that’s like calling Nier a weeb game. Any way if you want a pirate experience play Black wake or AC4, they’re far better pirate games.
You can vaguely fulfill your pirate fantasy in mhw
Ryan Gradel Monster Hunter isn't a weeby game at all.
I have both games, and they are two completely different games. I don't see any similarities whatsoever.
Just here to say I loved James virtually petting the goodest boy, Benson, towards the end of this
Because there is nothing to hate. The skeletons you fight again, and again, and again, and again have more meat on their bones.
God, I just love Elyse.
This perfect game you all are talking about is Pirates of the Caribbean Online. Now called The Legend of Pirates as a way to not have Disney issues.
I really like that SoT doesn't go through a tutorial or intro mission. I feel like the opening cinematic sets up the game and leads to the 1 important point: You are a pirate. Go be a pirate.
Elyse, you're correct. Muppet Treasure Island is a criminally underrated film. I grew up with it and I love it!
I have never seen a dog stand so still in my entire life. Good boy Benson
Lawrence proves when you drink like a fish you can speak to them as well.
'Tis magic!!
Lawrence- "...no this was at a hotel in San Francisco."
read: "men's bath house"
I wish these podcasts/videos were more of an idea debate than everyone just continuously agreeing with each other.
That's fine and while I do agree with you, I personally think it makes for very boring content.
Life's crazy and too many people are one-sided instead of researching all sides before coming to a conclusion or the just start told what to do and how to feel and do so.
what would be really cool is if there were 5-6 different or random/procedural opening origin starting quests to make the player experience feel unique
People who purchase tickets to Funhaus Live get the added bonus of following the cast around after the show as they desperately try to see Infinity War on opening night! Get photos with whole gang and the scalper out front at the Regal Cinemas 14!
Elyse looking low-key hot af!
Sea of Theives definately needs more content, but the foundation is there and it has the potential to be very good imo.
Elyse’s love of muppets is so presch. ❤️
Had to scroll way too far to find the Elyse comment. The little dance while James was talking was adorable.
Yeah it was great when she was mimicking Tim Curry and singing along. Muppets Treasure Island is such a great movie.
In the game there is a giant skull cloud that floats in the air which indicates a raid island, to get the loot on that island you have to team up with another pirate crew in order to survive.
Killerbananer team up with another crew? What scrubbery is this?! My last two raids were won whilst fighting two other galleons.
The Elyse thinking pose upon learning that the contestant was a Canadian... so good.
Oh the pure joy on Elyse's face while watching Muppet Treasure Island, haha.
the "make friends" emote if done by both parties at almost the same time brings up the "add friend" functionality
Glad we get a good chunk of hearing about Lawrence's alcoholism. Thrilling content.
Last Saturday I was playing with my friends on sea of thieves and we had the great idea of making a "pirate collective" where it was just a bunch of different crews and we'd split the treasure equally. At most we had 12(?) people in the group.
If anyone else played Pirates of the Caribbean Online, that had:
- Fleets of NPC ships for player ships to attack together.
- Raid-like events where a bunch of undead pirates would attack an island and people had to sail to the island and protect the beach.
Other features I can't think of but I feel like Sea of Thieves could use some of those ideas to bring that direction.
What would make Heather more hard netting is her history with various cringe subreddits. Her comics got posted there and she found it .
Ran into the Kraken while playing with randoms, beat it, it was really easy and got NOTHING in return for doing that. Rumor has it you get an achievement. Didn't even get that yet lol
"Yeah... *Shakes head for reassurance*
Pirates 3 tought us"
*Lawrence chuckles*
The fact that this was intended to be on gamepass from the get go pretty much nailed in the fact that this being developed as a more “games service” kind of game that evolves over time. The fact that the game is very polished in its current “early access” state gives me hope about rare and what they plan to add to this game later on. That’s why I got this on my gamepass trial and it’s a total blast this way.
Won’t renew it but will do so once the game has enough content later down the linez
Just for you lawdog i both liked and shared this episode with a friend. Praise flopatron
DID LAWRENCE JUST CALL GILLIGAN'S ISLE A GARBAGE SHOW?!
The skull isn't a storm. The skull is the raid that is currently going on. Y'all should try it.
If there's one co-op game that has done everything right in the ways that the team has mentioned is lacking in Sea of Thieves, is Vermintide 2. Solid opening, story progression, deep character classes, encouraged co-op and thrilling challenge.
41:00 James, you’re essentially describing skull fortresses. They require insane coordination
You seem to have overlooked the fact that they pushed pre-orders and then snubbed all those that paid full price by then later announcing it was going to be a game pass title ... That was a real shitty move
We don't hate it. We're just disappointed.
Love the return to video games discussion!
I love Elyse's face while she watches the muppets.
Can we have a weekly cooking segment to the dudesoup podcast where Jon dressed only in a blue apron teaches bruce how to cook a blue apron meal? Then Lawrence and two others can harshly judge their efforts and declare a winner out of the two "chefs"
Loving this game of "Who shall Flopatron crush next?"
Wow, Adam finally finished that jug of water!
Skyrim with boats...
Insane8221 and multiplayer
Insane8221 If only. Say what you will about Skyrim, at least it had a story and quests.
and virtually nothing to do
No Man's Sky with boats is a lot closer.
Magnus Error You're stupid.
When Minecraft launched, it was half of this game. But, over time, it gained more and more content. The game has been out a week. Chill out
Temporal Enigma i think its more that og minecraft i think was free? or maybe around 20 bucks at most. and this game is 60$ plus tax for 5 hours of content or so ive heard
Elise is so overjoyed from muppet treasure island.
I just liked seeing James and Elyse while Lawrence talked about blue apron.
any one else seen what happens when you reach 'legendary' status in-game? I think there's more to this game than meets the eye...
gamerant.com/sea-of-thieves-pirate-legend/
Its like No Mans Sky with pirates.
Every single thing they said they wanted in this game was just describing the old pirates of the Caribbean online game lol
The "make friends" option actually opens the player's profile to add them as a friend
59:40 for cyber watch
Old disney Pirates Online had this stuff down 11 years ago!
I feel sorry for people who paid full price for SoT
YUNG SODA lol a whole paragraph for 1 sentence. ur mad😂
YUNG SODA petty
+YUNG SODA i feel sorry that you paid full price for SoT
@YUNG SODA You make me laugh, thanks.
Not one person can say: "hey guys this game is looking good for a demo but not for a full game if we're gonna charge so much"
... seriously not a single person that worked on that thought something was off?
If someone noticed and actually said something and was ignored, that means they be GREEDY, and they should be publicly pointed at and made fun of so this can stop...
(I didn't buy this)
yes time for Lawrence to talk a lot, and everyone else looking at him funny
35:51 is the best moment in the podcast!
I think that hub world Adam was talking about is supposed to be what the pirate legend hideout is. Only problem is it's locked behind a boring grind to 50 for all factions
I love how done with the Law just seconds in the video
Can we we do a full funhaus crew podcast
You know how it goes for streamers:
First hours:
"Oh this game is good! the best of the best, it's so popular, i can play it with my friends and stream it, bring me some donations!!"
Famous youtuber reveals how incomplete the game is:
"Oh this game is bad! it's incomplete, it's the next No man's sky, i am gonna make reviews and blogs of how bad it is, bring me some donations!!"
It's not about the game, it's about how much money can you get from it when it's up or down.
Muppets Treasure Island is literally the best film ever made
Elyse the ship is called The Flying Dutchman when you're referring to Davy Jones's Locker, your knowledge on The Muppets amazes me but your lack of knowledge something that was even in SpongeBob.... still doesn't change the fact that I love you.
Destiny didn't encourage co-op, it doesn't allow you do anything else outside of the crucible.
As far as i know the "dead tavern" is the place behind the door at the tavern, with some dude that wont let you pass cause your rep is not high enough, it opens at rep 50.
boy you guys take a long time to make a single point
Vincentius it’s a discussion podcast soooooo
I don't believe the Skull Fort to be a 'common enemy'
I would say it CAN be.
