That is a huge compliment! This album has one of my favorite guitar tones of all time. I'm using a Mesa Boogie MKIIC+ model here with a bit of delay and reverb. Thank you for watching!
They are thicker strings - 11-56, but since the tuning is C# standard there is plenty of slack. Makes bending more easy and extremely fun. But also requires careful control!
Lol! Real. But seriously, I do use my pinky. I don’t have Steve Vai or Paul Gilbert hands, but my hands are the size where I only use my pinky if I have to. Mine is a little crooked too so I guess I’ve always neglected it more than I should!
Good for you! Practice time required varies depending on the individual. We all have different talent etc! After I started, I was obsessed. So I learned this solo around the 1 year mark.
i learned it today and I'm struggling with the arpegiated bit after the 15b 12 picking and also at the end where you pull off 21 17 0 any tips or advice on how to practice speed
Thanks for watching! I recommend first finding the BPM of the song. After learning the parts (make sure your form is good first) start at about 50% speed, then work your way up. Don’t stop at 100%. Surpass it - go to 110% or so. Then when you play at normal speed, it’ll feel so easy!
Thanks for watching! This is my ibanez AZ. I just posted a full review of this guitar a couple days ago on my channel. Would love to have to have you check it out!
You’re the second person to ask within the last day - I think that means I need to! It’d be a new bit of content for me. If I do make it, I’ll let you know!
My editing skills aren’t good enough to trick people like that! I am happy that you think I sound like Kirk though - I spent a lot of time practicing this to get it as close as possible to the original song. 🤘🏻
@@Austin_Shredder At the end of the solo, you don't get your fingers on the frets lol, it probably seems to me That If you played it yourself, well done! P.S. I want to learn this solo, it's great. SUKA BLYA BABY
You will find zero fake videos on this channel. They’re all very real (and include some minor mistakes). It is hard to tell, but I have my Dunlop 95q under my right foot. The take you see is the take you hear with my content!
Clean af!

You are incredible! I wish I could play as great as you !!
You’re too kind! Thank you for watching! You’re probably better than me and don’t realize it yet! 😅
The tone and the way you played it sounds almost the same as the album

Are you using a wah pedal? Ah yea, and you nailed it bro, keep goin'!
Yes! I’m using my Dunlop 95q wah which is amazing. It’s just hard to see my leg moving up and down. Thank you!

With no wah pedal? Respect man
lol, I appreciate it. But I hate to disappoint you - I’m 100% using a wah for this entire solo! It’s off screen and my right foot is controlling it.
@@Austin_Shredder I see. Still awesome and a wah is hard to use properly so probs either way.

holy shit dude
🤣 I appreciate you watching!
Heck yeah I'm working on doing the beginning riff since I'm a beginner but maybe I'll be able to do the solo
Trust me, you will get there faster than you think. Just keep focusing on pushing yourself beyond your comfort zone little by little. 👊🏻
Those strings look really slinky what gauge are they?
They are thicker strings - 11-56, but since the tuning is C# standard there is plenty of slack. Makes bending more easy and extremely fun. But also requires careful control!

I’m wearing the same shirt rn 😮
You have good taste! 🤌🏻
i always wanted to learn this solo because it's one of the easier solos but i don't have a wah pedal :P
You need a wah pedal. You deserve a wah pedal. Christmas present on your list this year? 🤘🏻
I began to practice the same solo part of Enter Sandman, but I'm not sure if I will be able to play like you because of too slow improvement.
Improvement takes days, weeks, months, even years. Take your time. Start at 25% speed and work yourself up to 100% slowly. You’ll get there!
@@Austin_Shredder thank you, sir. 3 months already passed, but I keep practicing for a while longer.
Tasty 😊

How many months to learn this solo in a right speed? I started today. I already know the tabs and I know to play it in slow tempo

what is the model of the guitar???
amazing
Thank you! This is an Ibanez AZ. My most recent guitar review is of this guitar if you’d like to check it out! It’s amazing.
Im trying to learn this for my school concert that is in 1 week :”)
Awesome. Good luck, you’ll do great!
How'd it go?
Man we messed up :”)
@@andyto3607 oh well! If it makes you feel better, I mess up at least 10 times each time I make these videos before I record a take I like 🤣
@@andyto3607 I bet it went better than you think! Have you practiced it after the concert?
Hiw do you have this sound
Just a mesa boogie MKII C+ model with some delay and reverb. Very simple! Then add a wah pedal.
what string gauge do you use??
For standard tuning and 25.5” scale guitars like this, I use 9-46 Daddario NYXLs. 🤌🏻
U should do a tutorial pls.🤟🤟🤟🤟🤟🤟🤟
Good idea! Thanks for watching! 🤘🏻
What is the guitar brand sir
Ibanez! It’s an AZ. 👍🏻
Full model name ?

É a guitarra do zero
Pretty nice but maybe later on you could move on to the original version instead of the easier one.
Thanks for watching! This is honestly the only version I’ve heard. Which version are you referring to?
I think the version that Kirk wrote it in added a little more notes, but it sounds the same how you played it.
