Social anxiety is awful. I feel that a lot myself. I was actually married from my early 20s through my 30s, but then I got divorced due to her cheating on me. I'm now in my early 50s and I have no "game" (i.e. I'm not fake and don't want to put on some kind of act), so I will be continue to be single until I'm dead. :(
Its not easy, but work away from that mentality. You're gonna keep having anxiety if you believe you have it. Start off with small things. In the line for grocery store, just say "oh I like those mints you got" or "what are you going to make with that chicken". Say it to anyone and everyone, male, female, old, young. They're not gonna remember you and you're not gonna remember them. Unless you vomit all over the floor or shoot someone.

confidence is usually an epiphenomenon of other traits like good looks, experience, skill, strength etc. You can't do a lot about the first, but you can about the others.
i can say with 100% certainty that looks and money do NOT get you women in most cases. they will get you attention, sure, but without social skills you will repeatedly blow it with all the women that you attract...this has been the story of my life. not to toot my own horn but i've always been told that i'm handsome (i mean i wish i hadn't because it is kind of a poison to hear), i have blues eyes, i'm tall, ...even as far back as 4th or 5th grade girls would try to talk to me and by middle school i had some of the prettiest girls in my whole school hit on me in quite aggressive ways. money was never a big issue either. but because of my horrendous social skills and resultant insecurities and shyness, i blew it with 98% of the women that i had a chance with, even to this day i have a lot of work to do and blow it constantly. at one point i was making nearly $100,000 a year and even with that, a very good job, living in a good neighborhood, and being even very physically fit after years of rock climbing...still, mostly failed with women.

what i'm saying is that you have to develop good social skills...this should be your *number one* priority from the earliest ages in life...it will help you in every way, and definitely is an *absolute requirement* to get girls...as this video suggests, it is the only real requirement (beyond absolutely basic things like bathing and washing your clothes...which really are also social skills too).
That's right Alvn, The key is social skills. That's the summary of this annoying video. When I was a teen, I acted "Cool", which meant I was indifferent and I couldn't be hurt or annoyed. I didn't give a shit about anything. As an adult, you need to be sociable, that means, saying hello to ANYONE and everyone you meet on the street, let it become a habit, be a gentleman, be courteous, open the door for chicks, and guys if need be. Let it become second nature, you'd be surprised at how people respond to being a Gentleman. I don't mean sissy, act confident, be friendly, not arrogant. I learned the greatest conversation opener is a sincere "Hi, How are you?".
Being handsome with poor social skills is the worst thing anyone can have. Women have much easier lives than men for that reason alone. We have to develop and fix ourselves whereas women don't. Women no longer choose men based on genetics.

Something else I've seen from experience, when women meet men who have great social skills/game, they are initially attracted to them but that attraction slowly dies down when the women start getting annoyed all the time. They can only take those types of men a little bit at a time and nothing long term. Once the women figure out their game and get bored of the dudes social skills, they're done and move on to someone who pays more attention to them instead of guys fake friends. It's like kids on social networks bragging about how many friends they have and not even have met a fraction of them in real life but naive immature girls fall for it and find attraction in it.
"The one thing that no girl can resist happens to be the easiest to master". What a crock of shit. Women certainly do relate to men with well-developed social skills. However, anyone who thinks that social skills are easy to master has no understanding whatsoever of what it is like to be a person who for various reasons has limited social skills to begin with. The idea that social skills can be mastered simply as matter of practice would only be believed by someone who already had reasonably good social relationship abilities to begin with and then worked his way up from there. The only way to practice your social skills is by relating with other people. However, if your personality and life circumstances are such that you tend toward solitude, your options and opportunities for such practice interactions with other people are limited right from the start. For instance, if you are an intellectual, you will usually prefer work and recreation where you spend a lot more time reading and focusing on tasks than you do talking to other people, not because you are a snob but simply because you often find being alone more fulfilling. Also, if you are a person of high moral standards, you will frequently find it awkward or even distasteful trying to relate to the majority of people who don't share your more serious outlook on life, not because you think you are holier than thou but because you realize how easy it is to be pulled into moral compromise by peer pressure. Furthermore, if you have had the bad luck to endure one or more life challenges that have kept you from having good health or reaching otherwise attainable financial goals, such limitations will often prevent you from being able to get out and do many enjoyable activities where you are likely to meet new people, not because you don't want to but because of the burdens you must deal with. Any of these situations can seriously limit your ability to practice your social skills, not to mention making the learning curve of increasing your EQ more difficult than it is for the average person. And I'm not just talking about myself here. I have two cousins who are actually quite handsome, have plenty of money, and are generally friendly and likeable people. Yet they are still single well into their forties because they have quiet natures, they spend most of their time working, they prefer to hang out with other family members rather than with strangers, and they complain that all of the women they meet simply don't appreciate or share their values. People like us will always have a harder time socially with women than other men with better social skills, not because we are totally inept, but because we don't view male-female relationships as some sort of damn game to be played. As such, we rarely find the opportunity to meet compatible women who feel likewise, many of whom tend toward solitude and can sometimes be about as socially isolated as we are. Practicing my social skills is certainly worthwhile when I can actually do it, but in fifty-five years of living, I've discovered it does very little to help me meet a woman I can really relate to.

Also, having a mental disorder is bad. I myself have an anxiety disorder, so negative thoughts dominate me. I can't have a conversation with a person without stuttering every 5 seconds or running out of breath because somehow the thoughts mess up my skills in doing something, so I'm always bad at becoming good at something. But, I'm getting rid of it with Meditation, I can see results, it's working.
Totally understandable and relatable. Still at the same time, by believing and hanging on these reasons, it also effect your outlook on life and with that also the upcoming outcomes. Not saying some of these ar not valid, but it is the same with all circumstances that can set you back. IMHO the best way to overcome any negative set back, or lets say a developed nature, is by viewing it positively and try to accept the difference or shortcomings that it can give in certain situations for now. This way, by accepting, you can keep your thoughts positive. Then with a positive mindset you keep practicing and trying new things out, which help you develop in a positive way, which help you to get better much faster. For instance, if you already have the vibe that a girl is to simple, maybe not the same class, or out of your league, you already messed up the opportunity to know the girl better or the opportunity that she can know you better or surprise you. Also, it is not attractive to anyone, if someone has a bad attitude. The only girls that you draw then is also with a bad attitude, which combined doesn't make it positive, and probably you also don't like it ;). A calm restful nature can be really attractive for a girl, combined with the right social skills. I for instance can talk a lot (as you probably would have understand by my text right now ;) ), and can really make a conversation fun with humor. But combined with the right social skills, comfort and self-esteem, it makes the difference in the conversation and feeling that others will get from me. The same kind of humor, talks and nature can be seen as comfortable and confident, but creating the wrong vibe, it can also be seen as pleasing and insecure. The most important thing is, that you can only train this self-awareness and better outlook on life, by doing it and believing in a positive result / development. Social skills are trainable, and are unique to everyone. It is up to you, to find your way in your personal way of thinking, and how you can influence your surroundings with it. You can be the biggest genius or funniest guy in the world, but if you don't ever dare to show yourself or dare to expand your comfort-zone and develop some social skills, the world will never know the best and fun parts of you. At the same time, it is fun to develop this. It can open brand new opportunities, experiences and relationships. So it is definitely worth it. Best things experienced in life, is together with other people, so make it your own responsibility to learn these kind of skills. Attitude is literally everything, with a positive attitude, you can expect positivity, but most importantly, you will view everything positive which in itself is already worthwhile. The same goes the other way around.
By changing my attitude, I've gained so much more knowledge, experiences, met a lot of girls, developed a great career, and finally attracted the girl who is as weird, special and crazy as me. Now we push each other to our limits, and results and life has been extraordinary.

Look guys, don't date a woman purely for her looks, because for true love, you want to love them for their personalities. A way to find a good girlfriend is not to be a bragging douche and impress them with your love and affection. If you look for woman just for looks, then of course you are going to find shallow girls that only want you for money! Personally, I feel like a lot of guys who watch these types of videos -- you know, the ones where some guy teaches you how to be an ALPHA MALE -- are silly. If you really wanna know what a girl is into, talk to them. If you include the right kind of girls in your social circle, you'll learn so much from them and it'll be so much easier to find the right one. Men don't fully understand women and vice versa. It’s all about the social skills. I know this is not what most people want to here, but the closer you would be to being the most popular guy in school, the better you’ll do with women. That’s what it’s all about. Popularity. And what makes someone popular? Social skills. In my life, I've met women from all over the world, and in my experience, women in the US are more selfish, self-centered, spoiled, greedy, unfaithful, and have an over-inflated opinion of their own worth. The average woman in the US seems to be all about herself, what she wants, what she needs, what is best for her, etc. Granted, a certain amount of this kind of attitude is good, but in general, women in the US take it to excess. The ones that aren't like this, are usually already spoken for, and many times, by some guy that is a class A jerk that treats her like crap.
On my visits to other countries, I have noticed that the women I have met in other countries are, on average, just the opposite when it comes to many of those traits. There are some women that are not much different, or exactly the same, but in general, I have found women that are not from the US to be better candidates for a long term relationship than women from the US. Especially when it comes to being loyal and faithful, I'd take a loyal and faithful woman over a beautiful unfaithful woman any day of the week and twice on Sunday.

I'd say it's your psychological strength that makes you act that way. No matter how strong you get as a woman, you can never be sure a man can't hurt you. You'd need years of dedicated training in martial arts in order to beat an avarage man. And by getting strong you mean 'working out', you can do that for 20 years and an avarage mann will still be stronger than you just so you know. (Getting muscle and fighting are 2 different things)

General strength training can be helpful but it cant be compared to real combat sports. You can workout for all your life as a woman and an avarage man can still beat you. The only real way of defending yourself as a woman would be with professional combat training. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for an example is quite good. If a woman works really hard on wrestling skills for at least a year then she has a chance of protecting herself. But still it's not easy, the strength difference is huge.
