Don’t know why I have mashed my fingers several times yes it throbs the first night but after that it doesn’t hurt then I wait about 2 weeks and the new nail will grow pushing the old now out once that happens I am able to carefully remove the old clean up the dried blood with peroxide and be done with it no cutting with hot objects the body has a wonderful healing process

Wow - Love the "open room" - looks great ! I'm probably older than your Mother...so my opinion about the entrance closet is "to put shelves and coat hooks...BUT ALSO PUT DOORS..TWO THAT OPEN IN CENTER..OR BI-FOLD DOOR...you have the open area at the back door that looks perfect for the side/back door traffic...BUT, I don't know...its just a "cleaner" look to have some items/storage be "closed off from all to see..just a place to keep out of view". My thoughts...all you do it neat though...love the change! Love the banter between Cole and his "sis"...cool

What a fun video! Glad to see the renovation is going so well. Suggestion, we had a weight bearing beam across a wide room and were told to measure the height of the opening from floor to bottom of beam once a month for a few month to see if there was any sagging. Happy to say it has done fine but it is a good idea to catch it early if sagging should occur. Can't wait to see the finished room'
Accent wall! It adds an element of fun and something unexpected to the inside of closets, which are usually boring. It was me that sent the swedish dishcloths/paper towels. I love them because they hold up after many washes, and they never get stinky! I also sent you a book, counter top spray, a bamboo scrub brush, a reusable glass spray bottle, and some other scrubby cloths. Just things that I use and really like, that I thought you might enjoy. The other scrubbies(I noticed you gave them to Cole) are great for washing produce, like potatoes, and root veggies, and also melons and pumpkins. They also are really good for outdoor projects, like washing old plant pots before planting new plants, and even scrubbing off mud from boots. They wash well and last a very long time. But, I guess Cole will get the chance to use them instead.
Great video, that space would be great to build out into a mud room type space, with some place to change your boots and hang your coats and perhaps a place to sit! Like a built in locker style system! Good luck with the reno! John 😎👍

Worked for a Dr who used a paper clip so it wasn’t sharp like a pin and placed it up high on the hematoma of the nail and 2-3 seconds later blood is draining and the patient was in total relief.

Clothes line is iin two places at menards. Some with the rope in the "automotive" section and also in aisle 301 with the laundry baskets. I would love to see your menards garden center. Especially aisles 1008 and 1010.

For a clothes line I HIGHLY recommend you check out the Skyline Modern Pulley Clothesline. All the others from Department stores are comparable to a rope on two trees.
As for the clothesline... order a Hills hoist from Australia.... now that is a clothesline! I grew up in Texas with 2T-poles at each end and 2 lines stretched between! The Hills hoist looks like. Spider web...and has outer lines and inter lines and can be roll up to catch the wind and down to reach all the pegs and boy does it do a great job drying clothes! Also you can peg a tarp over it for sun shade like umbrella. Look it up- www.hillshome.com.au and remember ....the US dollar is worth more than the Aussie one and you’ll save $$!

I say yes to the closet having an accent wall. You should see if it’s possible to change your door around opening the other direction instead of the direction it’s open now. That way you will have just a straight opening and I having to go around the door. Love the remodeling keep up the good work

Summer I used that color green in my kitchen as an accent wall. It’s called Avocado. LOL. My old counter top is a hunter green. The rest of my kitchen / dining area is a dark blueish gray. This wall is shared by my kitchen so I added a beautiful picture of roses. They have pinks and blues and greens in the roses to bring everything together. My family thought I was crazy. When I finished they agreed it looked nice after all. It makes me feel sassy. You can also see my living area and hallway and den all at once so I painted them different types of grays so they all blend but are not the same. My appliances are black. I trimmed out the doors and base boards in a bright white. I love neutral grays and whites with splashes of color. I do this with pillows, rugs and comforters and towels. I just painted my yoga/ man cave room a pomegranate orange and put a green vine wall paper accent on the man cave side. It feels bright and sunny and we both love it. I added a rug ( I call it birthday cake sprinkles) It has a splash of different colors from target in the children’s section to put down on the carpet to give me a fresh place that makes me happy while I workout and then I just roll it back up when I finish. Summer, that green spray paint is the color I use for my witches' faces for my Halloween decorations! It is by far, the ugliest green I've come across, but it works so well for the witches' faces.
Summer, my daughter, sister-in-law are never ready on time. So me and my wife have started telling them. The times are 30 minutes to 60 minutes be-4 the real time lol. Just saying. 👍🧡👍💙👍💚👍

hey Summer, you don't want to bring any attention to the stuff in the front closet.Put some bifold doors on it either paint the same color as the walls or varnish the same shade as the woodwork.

The walls down make the house look twice as big! It’s goig to be awesome !

I would think keep the closet the same color as your other walls, maybe a louvered bifold door on it for ventilation with damp coats.
