NO no IT IS NOT!!! and even if you lived where you might know how to find help, how do you get the time and energy to just call and make an appointment to ask for help? i needed someone to care for my mother for a month. had to move her 3 times in 2 weeks and ended with her and i in hospital for 2 weeks. because they didn't trust my instructions learned by "trial and error" already, and tried to do it their own way. we were in much worse shape than when i started looking for help.
