I have mild myopia, everytime i use a screen i wear my glasses, and it's not that bad! However, my sibling has moderate myopia, he only uses his glasses when he's at school and when he's out of bed, when he's going to bed, he takes his glasses off and uses a screen

try to not be too near to the screen sit as far back as you can while seeing the screen perfectly clear! you don’t have to go back far bc you don’t wanna strain your eyes but try not to be a nearer to the screen than you need to be.
do these eye exercises twice a day. so you can do it morning and night after your classes and homework. also do you wear your glasses all the time? you should try to wear them less. but just for far things like cooking, cleaning, showering, walking around the house, getting ready for bed like washing your face and brushing your teeth.wear it when you’re reading your youth so that you don’t have to have your face near to the book. God bless you i truly hope and pray things get better for you🤍

You should also know that minus lenses especially when used for near cause myopia. Accommodation causes myopia, the eye changes it's refractive state to it's average of accommodation. Lots of clinical studies about it , a well established fact that is very often ignored by the optometry industry.
The solution is to prescribe reading glasses/plus lenses for low myopes, reading at the far point with them (slightly blurry text) until they eventually get out of it.

Yes, as science, you can get a refractive change of +1 Diopter, (from 20/50, to 20/20) in about one year.
That is from -0.75 Diopters to +0.25 Diopters.
This is by the person choosing to wear a +2.5 Diopter lens, for all work at 20 inches.
    Science proof exists.

I’m a kid and when I was like 4 or 3 or something I have myopia and doctors at NUH (National University Hospital) found out that I have eye elongation and also, my myopia was like, super blurry but now, I have control of my eye and also, my degrees decreased drastically because of eye drop and limited screen time...
Also my Teachers at Bukit View Primary told me that I should watch no more than one hour a day. Also I forgot to tell you that my eye elongation decreased and my blurry vision reduced. My dad told me that if I continue to use Myopine, the eye drops that the doctors at NUH gave me, and limit screen time to no more than 30 minutes a day, I can finally take out my glasses and enjoy the happiness of seeing clearly.
Also, mom says that if I continue praying, I can see clearly again!
Praise to me so that I can see clearly again!
    Best Regards, Ivan
EDIT: Mom says that becoming a gamer is useless, so I have to limit game time.
EDIT 2: I have the “dotty lines becoming X’s” exercise so I have to practice it a few times and I have to practice 10 minutes a day with that dotty lines thingy.
Also the dotty lines thingy was given by the doctors at NUH.

This is how I reduced my myopia, Part 2
Note: this is my second channel, Ivan Arts.
Once apon a time, I had severe myopia.
But this is how I got rid of it (or at least, decreased it)
I used Myopine, the super good eye drop that the eye doctors gave me.
The eye drop was said to decrease blur in vision and reduce the chances of severe eye problems, like cataracts or blindness.
The instructions of the eye drop are the following:
Instill 1 or 2 drop(s) to both eyes every night.
Discard the eye drop after one month.
Refer to the enclosed leaflet for further information.
That’s all for the instructions, now the ingredients.
      The ingredients are the following:
      0.01% Atropine Sulphate
      0.01% Benzalkonium Chloride
That’s all for the ingredients - let’s do more detail..
So my myopia decreased drastically because of the doctors! They gave me the right medicine, and the treated me right!
      Reason 2 for decreased myopia:
      Limited/less screen time
When I was playing a game - a game called Sky, I thought that everything will be fine if I play the game but everyone got angry just because I played it....
Mom said that playing the game gives you no award, nor prize, while my dad said that that game is a terrible 0/5 game...
So, let me tell you a brief guide and story of the game - let me know if you don’t know any word - or phrase!
      So, basically the story is:
Gods and elders used to control lights but darkness overtook and all the lights have fallen - so you - a child of light - must gain and restore the lights!
      Darkness takes these forms:
      Crabs
      Gigantic shrimps
Nasty flowers which you can burn
So now here are the forms of light:
      Manta rays
      Jellyfish
Wings of light (these are used to level up you)
      Mega ray
So that’s all I can remember - back to the story!
So one morning, I deleted the game and the photos too!
When my mom saw me delete my game, she said:
You are such a good boy - I love you!
      And then she kissed me!
I loved her, she was a superstar!
And also the school teachers told me that I should watch - or play games on the IPad no more than one hour - yes, ONE hour but however - my parents reduced it to THIRTY minutes - so unfortunate!
By listening to the “eye”portant things that parents have been telling me, my myopia decreased - and my parents rewarded me with - guess what?
SNACKS! Yes, snacks! They were very delicious and yummy!
So the fact of the day - don’t be a -100 IQ gamer and take care of your eyesight!
Don’t forget - praise me for my own good, praise me for my eyesight!
      Best Regards, Ivan
