I had mine for a few years now. Yes it can help you bleach to hair faster because it opens the cuticle. You can add whatever product you would like or w Whatever treatment a client hair may need hair mass or deep conditioners etc.. Just don’t add anything in the water. It can help with growing your edges, but I will tell you to see a dermatologist or a trichologist to see the root of the problem. I have my own personal vendor I got my machine from. I don’t know the dimensions of the machine I could see when I get to work tomorrow. I think I still have like the information on how to clean it as well. Hope this helps.
