My kitty Cookie always licks/bathes/kisses my face. I rescued her when she was 6 weeks old, her mommy was hit by a car. So since I adopted her so early, she sees me as her mom. Every night in bed she cuddles right up by me, places her arm over my neck and kisses my face. Its so cute ^^

Just a warning, don't feed a male cat friskies. I found mine unable to move and the vet told me friskies causes crystals in the bladder- we spent $1500 fixing him. If we hadn't found him he would have died a slow and painful death, he couldn't pee because of the blockage from the food!
My tom cat had crystals in his bladder too and I thankfully also caught him in distress before he would have died. Vet bill was identical $1500. But it wasn’t Friskies. I had made a big mistake feeding him some canned tuna meant for humans. Most expensive can of tuna I ever bought!!

Haha, nah cats lick because it's kisses, really. I think this was just a joke about it being bathing people. By the way, you should try get some skin cream, I have dry skin aswell (not painful though thankfully) and there's special shampoo and creams you can get that seem to help.

I dont mind the licking. Its the fact that his saliva smells like dog food. I prefer to smell like green melon. Ive tried to get him to stop but no luck. Im going to blame language barrier.

My last cat gave me baths, always would jump on the bathtub if i were in there, and would lick (clean) hot water from my fingers. He gave me tongue-lickings. My current cat has only once licked my wrists, recently oddly enough, but is very much a cat. Nothing like attempting to fall asleep on a hot summer’s night and feel a cold nose in your armpit. Cats like that area since it is our scent I think.
