The Mountain Valley Spring Water in the green glass bottles, best stuff on earth!
For some reason Arrowhead gets a lot of hate, maybe because it used to be owned by Nestle. But Arrowhead water is high in TDS, and I personally love the taste. It’s affordable locally sourced mountain spring water and it hydrates me fast. I work out in the 100 degree sun daily in Riverside, CA and Arrowhead water keeps me hydrated all day.

I would like to hear your opinions about Finnish water or Nordic countries water. You have said word or two about them. I personally feel like we are in pretty good situation in finland, we have a lot of cheap spring water. People also drink mostly tap water, but it would be interesting hear if you have something to say about it.
I live in Peru Indiana a small town and we have 1 of 2 natural springs on the east coast and it has the highest concentration of Calcuim in the us you should come taste it the water is free and runs out of 3 springs
Yes!! The grocery stores here in LA only ever sell carbonated Gerolsteiner, I miss the flavor of the Naturell

Martin, what are your thoughts on lemon water? 30oz water with 1/4 lemon squeezed into it. Is this good for pH and electrolytes? Or just pointless practice, simply flavoring your water?

Are there some spring waters you wouldn't suggest? I'm trying crystal geyser water currently. Super cheap an heard they had a law suit in 2020. I just found out. But it's a spring!! So I'm like there must be some that can be tampered with still.
I've been trying to find Martin's opinion on Crystal Geyser, because it's the only bottled water I think is worse than Dasani. It's been years since I had it, as it was given to me in high school band. It tasted dirty, and I felt like drinking it would make me sick. It made me feel drained. Part of me wonders if it was left in the bottles for many years before we got it?
Dear Martin, which shower filter would you recommend? I’ve just seen you on the H3 podcast and the calcium deposits on my shower wall keep showing up after every shower. I’ve seen many shower filters on Amazon but I don’t know which one to trust since they send gifts if you leave 5 star reviews and only actually last 3 weeks.
