As a sol player his kit has a situation for everything and all you really need to do is lab the situation That your struggling against with him. Like with axl rainwater spam he has like 5 differnt options with seperate combos lamo
Fairly even for most of the cast i would say. His biggest problem matchup wise would be alot of the popular tournament characters give him a fair bit of trouble (Nago, leo, may, etc) its entirely dependent on the player but if played optimaly he always has an answer.

I think he still does, but not as frequently as before because of the nerfs. Leffen is kind of a meta-slave, so he will be changing mains every time his current one is nerfed and therefore, not top tier anymore. Chaos got hit pretty hard, so that's why you don't see Leffen using him that often.
