More great ideas, inspiration and comfort that we all run out of favorite materials and even when we aren't making we can be preparing!Thank you Nic.Love what you make!Carol Young. (as you can see I'm happy to have found your channel. And 99 cents was an awesome deal for the ephemera packs.)
Thanks for the tutorial. I loved the ticket idea. I took it a step further and made a whole strip of them. I folded my strip fan style and at each fold I punched half a hole, both sides of course, and then I took a little off each corner. Then I unfolded it, drew a few dotted lines down the folds and they looked like genuine tickets. Thanks for the great idea.
Just love the 'old bag' idea! (no pun intended) lol I also love the homemade ticket idea! Genius! Would love to know where you got those great ergonomic scizzors. TFS & God bless xox
I watched this on a Tuesday evening and I will be going to Tuesday Morning on Wednesday afternoon. Also, I have successfully failed at Photo Shop, so would love to see how you do it! :-)
Hi, I am a new subbie, and absolutely love your videos! Great sense of humour! Would you consider doing a tutorial on how you paint your covers and also on how you bind your books? Thanks for the tips!
I love your casual style - it makes me feel as if I just dropped by your house and you drag me into your craft room and say, hey look at this! Your tips are great and very helpful. Really like the stamped 'bag'! It would be great if you made a video sharing your techniques - thank you. Looking forward to 'stopping by' again soon ~ Julie
I have made little bags like that out of deli paper, I coffee dye first, or not, then stamp or print. Just a different take on your idea. Great idea to coffee dye paper & let dry overnight. It's the baking that sucks. And cool idea for the tickets too. Thx dear.
Hi! Thank you for the tips. I have a suggestion....if you fold the edge of one side of the paper about 1/4-1/2 and then bring that folded edge over to the other edge of the paper, you will eliminate the seam down the middle of your bag. Will you PLEASE share with us how you make your book covers? Maybe there is already a video for that, if so, I must have missed it.
LOL... love the beginning jibberish LOL... love these non edited videos ;-0 Thanks for the tips! I have tons of stamps AND images to use in PSP. I have PSP9 but sadly I don't know how to use the program that good, I need more practice and time to practice LOL... Oh and .99cents for those ephemera WOW you lucky girl! Tfs :-) {{hugs}}, Steff
Hello love!! I would LOVE a video on how to make a digital stamp if you havnt made one yet. That would be sooo helpful!!!!! Thank you soo much!!! XoXoX. -Corinne
Oh please, do please do a tutorial on your photoshop techniques, would love to know how you set the digi stamps so randomly. Thank you for your tutorials, always fun and entertaining! Tfs.
If you hadn't mentioned that you stamped that paper for the bag I would've thought it was commercially made. Because you said "you would normally have stitched one edge but forgot," instead, you could run a piece of Washi tape along it, maybe. I love those little tickets, too. I scored a stack of vintage ones on an auction .... okay, I didn't stop at the tickets. I've got loads of cigarette cards - some are rare Dresden stage themed - stacks of old children's books, old postcards, envelopes with letters, old invoices, box loads of old sheet music...and it all stares at me, begging me to do something with it.
Great tips Nik! I hope that you figured out at least a portion of your 99 problems😊 If you did, please let me know how you accomplished that, that would be a GREAT tip.
Hi Nik, i would love a tutorial on digital stamping....please..i purchased photoshop 18 and so far I've just stared at like a dear in the head lights... :(
hi Melinda! Im not too familiar with the Elements versions of Photoshop, but here is a link I found that might help you out a bit. Its an older version of Elements, but the basics should remain very similar. The only thing I would change is making the "new > blank file" to be 11 x 8.5, because we usually print in that way, not 8.5 x 11. I hope that helps a bit?? ruclips.net/video/uH4QdWmD1sM/видео.html
Hi dear. I really like your digital paper. Unfortunately I do not have any digital stamps but would like to learn to make some one. it will be very nice if you will tell as how to make it. thank you so much. Irina
I'd love to learn how to make a digital stamp. Please don't mind me if I ask you to something you have already done. I'll get through your videos. IM LOVING THEM ALLLLLLLL
I haven't done it yet...what Im finding is that because there are so many different kinds of software that ppl could potentially have, I could never address them all. I use Photoshop, but not many people have that, so not sure if a video using photoshop would even be relevant for most??
Very cool little tips, thanks. Like your haul , you got a lot for $.99 ! Here in Canada we don't have the Tuesday stores, too bad after seeing what you can get there.
Hi Nik, I would love to send you some of the bags that you are wanting, I get them all the time at my pharmacy. If you want them just email me your address and I will send several to you. Love your journals, they are just awesome!!
