Yeah, the 100mph backwards launch has probably been the most overlooked and underappreciated element on this. I'm glad people are actually getting to experience it and recognizing how great it is.
Nobody should be praising this garbage ass company. This looks incredibly lame and looks very shaky.

As much as I loved the punchiness of Top Thrill Dragster, Top Thrill 2 looks to be a Top Thrill ride. Hats off to Tony Clark, and Zamperla for this masterpiece.

Roughness what? If it were rough, I’d say it adds to the thrill of high speeds, much like how the shakiness added to the OG Dragster’s intensity.

You know what’s weird kingda ka and top thrill 2 sound different going up like for example kingda ka has that amazing roar sound when going up the tower and also back down top thrill dragster and now the re done version doesn’t have that amazing roar sound that ka has but however I do love both rides very much

The first launch isn’t super intense, but it starts with a nice kick, then continues to generate speed the whole way through, creating a really unique sensation!

I was meant to come visit from the U.K. but had to cancel my plans. Hopefully I’ll get to ride it at some point. I definitely don’t class the ‘rollback’ element as a true roller back lol
I’ve had 2 rollbacks on the original, just doesn’t compare lol

While the Blue, and White, and Black trains are cool. I want to see more colors like Red, and Yellow, and Green. That would give this ride an extra "pop" in color.

I rode the original Dragster many times and honestly, I think TT2 may take the edge!
I didn’t know it was open already, that was a quick construction! It looked smoother than Ka, too, how did it feel while you were on it?
Today was the Media Day for TT2! I’d probably say it was smoother than Ka!

The backwards launch and the top hat look a little ruff, but over all good ride, and good ride footage!
The launches actually don’t feel rough, try it yourself.

@@Amazing_Italian Yeah, sometimes when people aren’t on the ride much it rattles just a bit, doesn’t really disturb you much though. When it is filled, it rattles less, but overall it’s still a good ride experience. 👍
is it concerning looking how much the cart shakes? steel coasters shouldnt shake that much, they should be smoooooth.

Yes, from what I’ve heard a few of the trains are really shaky and could ruin it for a lot of people.
I rode it 13 times, which I definitely wouldn’t have done if the shakiness was an issue!

The first launch is so weak and not thrilling at all. It would have been better relocate the station near the top hat, 1st launch backwards towards the spike then 2nd launch boost to 120mph to get you over the top hat.
Ride it, then come back, it’s a lot better than it looks!

There fine they fit the height requirement, and a lap bar and an over the shoulder restraints are both extremely safe.
