These were amazing! my friend said that it was the best brownie he's ever eaten!! could you do a recipe video for a vegan chocolate chip cookie please???? 🙏
Hi there! I appreciate you sharing this recipe! I would like to try these ones but here its hard to find vegan chocolate bars. How could I adjust the recipe, if not using the bar and using coconut oil (or even just oil) instead of vegan butter? Please!!!
Hi Dani, I made these tonight and they came out practically raw :( still tasted nice but definitely missing the Vida signature texture! I used regular plain flour (not gf) and when I added the butter mixture to the flour it was still so dry so I added the soya milk, but it was still super thick. I added a little bit more melted butter and a splash more milk. It was still really doughy and really hard to spread in the pan. I baked for 55mins at 170 (gas 3), and not 45mins like you said in the video. Do you think it didn't turn out right because I added the extra liquid? Or maybe because it doesn't work as well with regular flour? x
Hi Lucy, thank you very much for your message, did you melt the butter? :) every oven is different, you can leave them a bit longer if you feel they still need some baking, let me know xx
I'm made these and they tasted great but they were flatter when cooked and the dough was really stiff so had to add some milk soy milk other than that followed to the recipe .
I cooked them for 43 mins at 165 they tasted amazing but the edges were very hard, will I cook less time next time please? I need a decent chocolate chip cookie recipe too! Love your channel x
I have a couple of questions. I just made these and they tasted great. But mine didn’t come out exactly like yours. Differences. I used all purpose flour for my butter I used earth balance. I cut the recipe in half so it was 1/2 cup butter and it was one bar of 70% dark chocolate I used Giradeli’s chocolate. My batter was alittle drier so I added a few extra slashes of soy milk to get it the same consistency as yours. But the taste was great! But the difference was mine was alittle raw inside and stuck to the paper so bad I couldn’t get it off without breaking them. I was alittle confused with the time and temp bc in the video vs what in the description is different. And I’m using Fahrenheit. So I used 330°F for 45 minutes. Was I suppose to go longer is that why it was so doughy. But what about them sticking. How do I prevent that. Your cut and came out so easily
Hi darling, I think you added too much chocolate, maybe you should have used 1/2 a bar too as you were doing 1/2 the recipe! so it was a little heavy, with the extra chocolate and the extra milk! :) try and make the recipe as it is next time! :) you can always freeze it and eat them when u need them! :)
Could you please convert the measurements in grams? I just made this recipe but the consistency was not exactly the same following cups measurements :(
It's possible to have all ingredients in grams please ? Thanks from France 💚

you need to make sure the chocolate and melted "butter" mixture is very hot, so it is nice and smooth :)
@@danibakesvida9471 ok thank you I will try again 😊

Hi Heather, so yummy! maybe grease your tray a bit more, every tray is different so I am so not sure which one you have :)
Hi Dani,
In your video you stated to bake for 45min at 165degrees,
In your how to section it states bake for 55mins?
Any reason for this
Thanks
Hi Haden, every oven is different, please start with 45 minutes and see if you need more time, no more than 1 hour :)

Do you think it was the flour that made them so sticky should I do it with the gluten free next time.
