It’s a difficult piece so your being able to execute fashion on a functional piece is great. The 4th piece is my favorite. I’d like names for the outfits to be able to be submitted for the next tournament. What would you call yours?

There wasn’t that much same set, more same shader which I don’t think is a big deal, but I definitely think that using different shaders and ornaments should net more points since that’s a clear showcase of effort applied, I want to see that someone is doing their best with what they’ve got

Sometimes the best solution really is just using some matching parts. I think judging purely by how it looks is fair, however, any that are LITERALLY 100% same set AND same shader at the same time should be booted. That's pinnacle lazy fashion

At 41:49 the shader on the shepherds watch is meant to make it look like a draganov (or at least that is what it looks like with the shader)it’s just a little detail I really like
42:56 I think the one thing missing here is that the gold is all over the arms and chest and looks great with the red and white, but it's missing from the legs. Other than that it's phenomenal

May be late, but this looked awesome! Definitely needs to set everyone to pose at the bottom screen like Vega used as a template for everyone. Simple screenshot and it’s all good. Overall cohesion should be accounted for as a bonus, but not be the end all for wether or not a design win or looses.
In my opinion it doesnt matter if every shader on your gear is the same, you do what you have to to get color synergy. The problem is wearing most or all the same armor for one set. Like that hunter that just submitted a picture of him in all streewise gear. The whole point is to find different pieces of gear that look good together and shading it to match the colors. One or 2 pieces from a set is fine, but it isnt really fashion to just put on a set of armor, shade it all the same, and call it a day. Its not unique at all
I hope some at Bungie watched this, so l can ask please, please, please, can we have the option to rotate the shades. To enable us go change armor elements colour. You'd get three other colour option per armor piece. Nice entertaining video,
My girlfriend offhand mentioned this video when we were making fun of how bad fashion sense in warframe players is, so we ended up watching it because it would be fun to laugh at videos on Christmas. And it hurts me to see how bad people are at understanding how colours work off and with each other, especially as a colourblind person. In regards to the really okay fashion that won and was so okay to get on the thumbnail, oh my god the fact people are saying it’s good even though it’s just one shader and the armor was picked specifically so the purple on the shader wouldn’t show pains me. Essentially, that fashion winning is if a cheeseburger won a best food competition. Now, just a basic cheeseburger is great, but certainly not award winning, primarily because a cheeseburger with literally nothing else on it is safe. I’ll eat a cheeseburger anytime, but would I agree with the judges if they said that same cheeseburger is the best food made this year? Absolutely not. Basic is good, because it’s safe. But basic isn’t award worthy.

you should go by dattos rules. He generally dosnt allow 2 pieces from the same set making it harder but also encourages creativity.
