That 80\20 rule is too true. I got asked if I wanted 12 Jamoir Jagr bobbleheads from someone and they have other stuff they need to get rid of. I took the bobbleheads plus also ended up with a 750 piece count of Christmas stuff and a bunch of Coca Cola stuff for 450 bucks (including a 90s portable bar worth 250-400). I've already sold six of the Jagr bobbleheads for 80 each and have a local collectibles show on Sunday where sports memorabilia is big. After fees I broke even on half the bobbleheads already and going to have a "Christmas in July" garage sale selling all the Christmas stuff mostly for two dollars each and bigger stuff (some of which is worth 100-200 plus but too annoying to ship) for 15 each. I didn't have a plan or know how to sell the crazy amount of Christmas stuff but hopefully that works and I know the bar will take a while to find a buyer.
