Well, shouldn’t be too bad. Not typical bulbs. These are LED fixtures. Should last for many years. However a 10’ ladder will do wonders for most maintenance.

Great building!!! But in hot areas, don't use dark colors it'll absorb the heat. Light colors will reflect heat.
