The course begins in September 2023 at the Institute of Education in Dublin and will be run online. Section C4
In Section C4, we have fifteen bars of both C melodies played on the piano. This is the only section within the parted that is for a solo instrument. The music is presented as a dazzling display, a homage to the legendary Russian virtuoso, Vladimir Horowitz (1904-89), whose hands often seemed like a blur when playing octaves.
