Earlier I bought ground turkey, made a few burgers then came here to find a salad recipe. As soon as I saw your video I went ahead and cook the macaroni. I then made the sauce added to the roni's and placed it into the fridge to chill. I must say making my own burgers is so cost effective and the price I payed at the supermarket would have gotten me just one burger from a chain. I cannot wait to have dinner and to try the macaroni salad. Thank you for the recipe

I have high cholesterol and I’m pre diabetic. I have insurance through my employer but they do not cover registered dietitians or nutritionist. I’ve tried Noom and weight watchers only to continue to gain weight. I like your sensible approach to healthy eating! I’ve referred a couple people to your channel already! Here to stay! I make this a lot. And it’s my go-to potluck contribution…. Instead of the vinegar I use the pickle brine from the jar. My boys usually ask for extra pickles on the side so they can dice more for on top. 😋 (P.S. made your chick pea salad last night!) I love it so much ….

It Looks Good! I have Everything. I'm making this Tomorow! I boil my eggs a little different from you. I andd a Tblsp of white vinegar to the boiling water. Add the eggs, let them boil for 7 minutes, remove from stove and add cold water or ice if desired. Your eggs look pretty easy to peel, mine are even easier. I'm going to use rotini pasta, bc that's what I have on hand. TY for this recipe.

Hey 🤔, it’s been a mighty long minute plus. I wondered what happened to you, kinda. It might have been RUclips algorithm. But then my notifications wasn’t on either. Anyway i shockingly realized I haven’t actually stopped here in a whopping few years like probably more than three at this point. No pun there seriously. I tried making pasta salad today 4 d first time and it was good. I added in some tuna. However I didn't like the taste of raw onions, guess I would omit onions next time.
Ok, but how do you keep the brown rice pasta from getting all hard and chewy after you put it in the fridge? I use the exact same brand of pasta. And I’ve used all kinds of ‘alternative’ pastas.. They all get hard and chewy once they’ve been in the fridge. The only time it’s soft and creamy and delicious is right after you make it. But I don’t want to go through all of this trouble and not have any leftovers. That’s the tip I’m looking for…
The creamy dressing does help to soften the brown rice pasta after it chills BUT it is still a bit hard after it's been in the fridge. If soft, creamy pasta is the goal after its chilled, traditional pasta is your best bet.
If the pasta is cooked and plain, after refrigerated I usually boil some water and pour it over the pasta to liven it up again. It works perfectly. This is a tip from a friend that worked in a restaurant. If the pasta has a dressing on it of course you wouldn't use this method. Just thought I would share.

I hate to tell you, but your hard boiled egg method did not work at all...out of 8 eggs only 1 looked presentable and I had to run it under water to get the shell to peel...but hands down the macaroni salad was excellent
