Thanks so much for making this video! A lot of love went into this product and it's great that you really got it. Loved the comparison to the X8! Har det bra!
Julian Krause. He's the ONE dude who actually runs through the actual technical stuff of these interfaces independently. He doesn't just read off the website and provide anecdotes, he actually puts these interfaces through a measurement process to see if the shit they say in the literature is at all true, like a legit audio interface scientist. I don't buy an interface without checking to see if he has made a video about it first. That said, the 16rig got SUPER high marks in real world use. It's in the top 2 or 3 interfaces. If you got the $$, definitely get one. If you need a good interface for not as much money--Audient and Motu are always very strong performers.
I'm in UK, Gear4Music. But I did see it was sold out on a few other big retailers here. Rigging mine in this weekend. Unit feels solid.@@clayperdue1798
I purchased Arturia Audiofuse 16 Rig, worked solid for 3 weeks. Setup was straight forward, learning curve with AudioFuse Control Center wasn't too bad. Then last week it would no longer be recognized by AudioFuse Control Center, did a power cycle and it would not power back up. Attempted to contact Arturia support and the only way to contact them is via email. Sent email and they reply within 2 hrs with generic troubleshooting steps, power cycle, ensure it's connected to a functional power source, etc.. Ask that I send them a video Thank you for reaching out to us and sorry to read about these inconveniences. Did you out of curiosity tested the power adapter with a Voltmeter and if not, do you have any to just confirm the voltage currently outputted? If confirmed as faulty, we should be able to ship a replacement power supply as soon as possible. -Could you please just also confirm that you always ensure holding the "A" button at least one or two sec (as just pressing it really fast may not allow it to power on)? -Also, if you look at the back of your unit do you see any Red light coming from the ADAT ports or not at all? -Finally, if you hold during a few seconds (around 5 sec) the "A" button and then try to open the "AudioFuse Control Center" is it seeing the unit as being currently plugged in or not (and possibly asking for any firmware update)? This company must give extended time off for Christmas. I ended up sending this unit back to return. I would advise not to go with Arturia due to the lack of support that you will get. Investing in a product from a company you can't pick a phone up to call and appears as they don't care about customers.
Oh, wow! This is no good! Do you mind if I send this comment over to my contact at Arturia? Maybe not to provide a solution (who am I to promise anything?) but just to make the marketing team aware?
Bro. How do the DAC sounds compares to the Apollo x? The output sound it's so important for me...have a Cranborne Audio R8 which is incredibly natural and dynamic so I wouldn't want to miss that if I get the Arturia...
I’m getting no sound out of my monitors. It’s recognizing the inputs signals of my keyboards and synths, but I’m just getting no sound. I tried playing a RUclips video and the sound is coming out of my monitors. Just no sound from all my gear. Any idea on the fix? Or what I’m missing.
Hey Brother, thanks for a great overview. I'm curious how you have the outputs routed so that you can sample into MPC. I'm trying to build a hybrid setup where I can sample anything from my synths, VSTs and Computer into my MPC 1000. Is there a way to mirror the master out from Logic pro?
Thanks! Yeah, the main output can definitely be routed to any of the outputs here. You can’t really send an input to multiple output destinations but setting everything up to run into an MPC is exactly what I do too. And it works great. It takes a bit of time to get used to the control center software but once you get the hang of it, the possibilities are almost endless.
@AccurateBeats could you test with the MPC X to see if it would work as a standalone interface to achieve 16 outputs.. just about all interfaces have distortion and pops and clicks..
I had similar thoughts (I have an mtk also), although not as clean a solution as having direct outs like an AH Mixwiz or soundcraft fx16. That way you'd have some hands on eq going into the daw if that's what you were going for
Out of the two in this video? 16Rig. The Apollo is definitely overkill for most people and the price for a longer thunderbolt cable is ridiculous. 16Rig is great if you need that number of tracks but a smaller audio interface would probably be a better option for most. UA Volt 4 is a great option for smaller setups
I bought this interface and my 16rig is defective. It took Arturia almost 3 months to understand the issue and finally decide my unit was defective. Now they want to repair it so I'll be without an interface for a month more than likely... Really disappointing, but wanted to post here so other folks stayed away from this interface. Get an RME interface.
@@Jason75913 Damn weprofessional must be quite imbecile as we buy interfaces that are 2-3x more expensive. I bought 1 Arturia product (a MIDI controller) and a year later it was in the trash as repairs were half the price of a good controller. I surely will not buy anothing from them again.

I had the Audio fuse 8 and loved it. Sold it to get more in/outs. Now they come out with this it, looks incredible

Accurate Beats. Thanks for your video. Detailed, informative and nicely presented , Man.
Excellent breakdown Accurate 👌😃
Got this coming tomorrow with a WA76 - much needed upgrade in those areas. Good overview, appreciate the detail buddy.
How'd you find one so fast? Sweetwater told me first week of December 😒

@@AccurateBeats Sure be my guest. Hopefully it will help them iron out some things for the next person.
The 16Rig is living up to the hype for me. It hits the sweet spot for price point/value and feature set. Thanks!
Ali’s this interface still being used after a year . Please do a year review cuz I’m thinking of buying one

same question here
Great Review:))
Love mine! So much better than my old MOTU gear, it boggles the mind. Things actually work!
Can you tell me how hot the unit gets when you use more inputs? (Also, are you noticing the DC Offset mentioned in the Julian Krause -video?)
Hey, the inputs have TRS connectors, so you can use some convertors to XLR to use them whit mics. Thanks for the info.
Those are line level inputs. Meaning it doesn’t have any preamp @huacalorecords6069
If the drivers supported Windows WDM like Focusrite does, then I would be interested in it.
Have you tried using the Artruia 16 Rig with the MPC x to expand inputs of the MPC???
From the cheapest to the most expensive audio interfaces are audibly transparent. It's all about the features and this little beast has the features.
I need a tutorial on hooking gear up and routing. I am totally lost on how to do this
Can you show more of the ADAT setup?
How does it stack up against the Apogee Symphony?

This unit stands absolutely alone. How could not appreciate innovation.
It has plenty of inputs for recording drums......this looks very interesting thanks
❤ love from France
Do you prefer this over a tascam model 12?
Idk the RME Fireface has a built in recorder for standalone application.
Sago Accurate 👍👍👍
Is there a high frequency running very low on the Arturia? When you switched to uad it was gone, if you switched back, but was there again
Ground loops can happen for millions of reasons.
Is it me or in the audio test 2, there is clearly much more noise on audiofuse interfaces while apollo one is a lot cleaner ?!
yup i hear it too
What is the rountrip latency with this interface at 24 bit with 48, 96klhz. M1 mini mac logic pro anyone?
If only the Motu 16A had USB host and midi mapping, I wouldn’t even be interested in another interface. Cheers!
can you use for Atmos rig

How is the latency? Windows or Mac user?
I just got one today and uted the RTL utility to check this out. @ 44k 64 sample buffer I was getting around 7ms round trip latency. windows 11

I was going to buy this but then instead for the same price I bought a Tascam model 24. Same price and twice the inputs with multitrack
