    What to practice first to clean and lubricate the nostrils?

    • @AkhandaYogaOfficial
      @AkhandaYogaOfficial  3 года назад +1

      Namaste! Yes it is best to practice jal neti to clean the nostrils and then use some ghee or oil (coconut or sesame) to lubricate the nostrils.
      You can find a video about jal neti on our channel with this link:

      We hope you enjoy! Hari Om.

    Kapalbhati is done on Manipur?? Inhaling into the chakras, the passage of breath is from the nostrils via the spinal column to the chakras, right??

    What is the difference between this and breath of fire?

      Namasté Enzo. They are one and the same. Many different names for the same practice.

    Wait, were you exhaling or inhaling?

    • @AkhandaYogaOfficial
      @AkhandaYogaOfficial  4 года назад +3

      In Kapalabhati we are focusing on the exhalations, the inhales will come passively.
