It would have been nice to see how you go around a corner with the edge joining foot. Thank you for showing how to go straight with this foot. Could you also use the Stitch in the Ditch foot to do this same thing as the Edge joining foot???
You could miter it like in quilting or what I usually do is a little fold of the trim with my needle in the down position and then turn the fabric. I use this when making old--fashion hankies.
Hello, I just came across your tutorial and really enjoyed it. I am 73 and have been sewing for many years. I love everything to do with sewing. Could you help me out with some info regarding a walking foot. Thanks.
Hi, the foot looks like a stitch in the ditch foot. Is that what it is? If not, would a stitch in the ditch foot work for this kind of joining since it has that guide in the middle as well?
What should the width setting be for the zigzag stitch to accomplish this task? I’m a beginner and I want to add some trim to a lovely pair of flannel pajamas. I want to add the trim to the sleeves, and I would rather not sew through the center of the embroidery of the trim piece. And this is a great way to avoid that.
Wondering if you could "stitch in the ditch" with this foot, running it down a seam and using a twin needle to stitch either side? Thinking about those T-shirt necklines we see from RTW?
I like how u get going straight to the tutorial. And yr voice is so nice & educative. So I've subscribed. 💝
Thank you for sharing this video. This presser foot indeed gives a clean neat finish.
Thank you for sharing this
I'm an instant fan of your tutorials. Thank you! Is there a trick to bringing the lace around the corner, keeping it flat?
I have that foot and LOVE it! I use it for binding AND stitch in the ditch...perfect every time
Really, can you share how you do that? Thanks.

Thank you!
Great video, I didn't even know there was such a foot. Very curious how you would have turned the corner on say a napkin using this foot.

I'll see what I can do.
Can you show us how to do a hemstitch using a double needle to do a table runner?
Please can you show an over edge foot 🌼

It looks almost identical to my stitch in the ditch foot so I'm sure either foot would work.
I am looking for the foot that the fabric slides onto to make a even seam onto another fabric
Very nice Thank you i just subscribed :)
Do you have a video of different foot can you make a video I will buy it

It doesn't have to be very wide. I always test the width first to make sure the stitches are going to land where I want them.
I just bought this foot yesterday for my Viking. Can I use it on my quilts to stitch in the ditch ?
Yes, you can.

Yes, you can.
What’s the difference between edgestitch foot and the joint edge presser foot? Thanks in advance for your response.😊🧵❤️
Hi, May I please know whether this foot can be used for Spanish Hem Stitching?
It might work. I've never tried since I have a Spanish Hem foot.
@@LetsLearnToSew Thank you 😊
Should we use only zig-xag stitch with edge joining foot?
No, you can use other stitches. Just play around with it and find a stitch that does what you want. I've used decorative stitches before.
Can I use that for Janome 🤗 thank you 🙏
Yes, you can.
Let's Learn To Sew thank you
