RARE! Dover Traditional VR Traction Elevators at Glenwood Plaza in Raleigh, NC.

Video Recorded on June 6, 2022: Well, here comes the start of my recent summer vacation in the Carolinas! First to start off is something I have NEVER seen on a Dover Traditional elevator. They used these stainless steel vandal-resistant version of Dover Traditional elevator buttons with the same exact contacts on the most common ones that you'd see. I want to say a HUGE THANKS to Alex (‪@SirensAndElevators‬) for discovering these amazing kinds of elevators!!! Not only that, but this is also MY VERY FIRST TIME I'd ever seen this type of Traditional fixtures my whole entire life! Anyway, these elevators are in beautifully mint condition considering their age and the way how the call stations, doorjambs, hoistway/cab doors, and COP are all mirrored up looking all shiny and stuff! Only the lobby call station has the regular white Traditional button, but everything else are all Traditional vandal-resistant of some type. Stay tuned for more videos from the Carolinian state!
