No hint there will be a breach of the peace whatsoever - unless they mean G4S might commit one. No proof to back up the allegation. The other party refutes and says they have recorded everything and that the initial caller might actually be the ones to have committed an offence. A reasonable Police officer would do BASIC investigations before acting on one-sided, refuted information. But no, they disregard one side of the report. Ask for details before asking what happened. Immediately threaten with the possibility of arrest and give the usual wishy-washy BS about public order but no reasonable grounds to act on that assumption. Perhaps these coppers have completely ulterior motives... I'm just guessing...

If they use s5 then the intent part is not required so the threshold would be lower. I agree, just keeping quiet is the best approach.
