Thanks for another video guys. Always enjoy them.
Thanks for watching!
Thought about y’all today as we were exploring Wears Valley, Townsend and Cades Cove(seen a big buck out grazing). Love that area. Your shop is going to be awesome! Look forward to the next videos! Take care and God Bless!
Thank you! Hope you enjoyed the area. It is beautiful! You are welcome to visit if you are out this way again. -Jennifer
Hey, that’s a great place to visit. I think sometimes I would’ve loved to have lived in that day and age.
Build is looking good Richard..👍
Ps, I remember you cooking bacon and eggs in the sawmill building, left hand corner if im not mistaken!!!
You are right! My how time has flown by. -Jennifer
If the way you are working wood for your timber frames works well for you then it is the best way to work wood for you. I am definitely going to try using the Forstner bits for digging the meat out of my mortises this summer. Great idea!
Without spending 1500 plus for a mortiser I choose what I use and works just as well for me and my pocket still has money, lol. I don’t mind a little work. Builds character and is pleasant
❤😊
Thanks!
I still think Richard needs one small Boss 🙂It's ... a Cat. You know, you can't put on your knees such big dog, but you can allow to this small and warm kitten to calm you down and to purrrrrr...
LOL!
👍🏴
Thanks!
It’s looking good Richard, thanks for another great video. Btw what brand of marking pen is that you’re using? Always look forward to your videos.
Pica pencil on Amazon
Did you hear about the guy building a log home and doing it without help? Even the interior and cabinets.
He did it all himshelves.
Lol
Richard what tint or color of the Australia timber oil do you use, getting ready to stain some wooden chairs. Thanks.
Natural
Thanks 👍
Is that wood green when you apply the timber oil?
Some of it yes. Burning it dries it out somewhat. We really like the look of
@@SmokyMountainOutpost thanks
The Cabot Timber Oil, was the color Natural?
Yes
Enjoy seeing the shop build. Looks amazing.
Hey - just thought Id warn you - my wife is coming to Tennessee for a Photo shoot - she is an award winning Photographer. Were are you? She is flying into Knoxville - how about I send you an E Mail. I hope she has enough time to find you guys. Ha ha ha !!
Send us an email, Ted!
Ask your wife has she ever seen deliverance with Burt Reynolds and Warren Beatty ? Tell your wife to bring her guitar 🎸 and Richard will meet her on the porch playing Duel and banjo. Meanwhile Jennifer will be peaking out the curtains as she’s sharpening her butcher knife 🔪 and oiling up her double barrel shotgun. Well they do play dueling banjo’s in them thar hills ya know 😱. How else you think they feed them hogs ? From foreigners as they call them in the mountains 🏔 anyone not from the Hills they call foreigners. You heard the banjo music in this video didn’t ya ? Uh huh 😃. Tell your wife if she pulls out her guitar 🎸 and hits the strings if she hears banjo music coming from the porch to get in her car and Run Forrest Run 🏃!! Hahahahaha 😂🤣🤣🤣🤣
I’m just kidding Richard plays the Dobro Resonator it sounds like a banjo though! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Nice place you have created burned look is awesome was that a clear wood sealer you used
Y'all I bought a can of fly spray the other day. I sprayed it all over me by mistake. Do you know what?
Tell me what happened?
I still can't fly.@@SmokyMountainOutpost
