With those EEV set ups, just to cover my back on it I always double check the setting they have selected for proper refrigerant because whoever put it in could have forgot to do that so it can calculate superheat properly.
Eight years is young for anything refrigeration related. They must have too much money. I've heard EEVs can be temperamental. As long as they don't start mandating them...

Gross. Vixxo call 🤢. We used to do the Vixxo calls. 7-11. 99 cent. Panera. All suck. Pay sucks. Worst customer service. Quote for repair and get out of there. We did work for them in so cal area. They beg us to come back cause the other companies suck but they won’t raise their rates we did install and service for all the ice machines , slurpee machines. Walk in coolers for 99 and hot for Panera. Junk 🥴.
