I got the chance to meet Brock Purdy as a TCU student because I'm in the journalism department. In my opinion and the opinion of my roommates, Purdy made the game worthwhile. I'm glad I had the chance to meet the man himself. If he reaches the most significant stages and gets the job done, he comes down as the most impressive underdog story besides Tom Brady, of course. His rise to stardom is remarkable, especially given his humble beginnings and the relatively small school he attended. Purdy continues to thrive as a stellar example of diligence paying off and has become an inspiration to many. His accomplishments bear testament to his determination and his ability to come back from adversity.
