How do you know how good Sunny's Vietnamese actually is? His show is after a all just that: A show. And the concept of said show and his shtick is that he plays the "stupid" and goofy American that travels to foreign countries and eats all kinds of stuff always accompanied by a knowledgeable co-host which is usually a native of said country and speaks the language. So him actually speaking Vietnamese would probably be counterproductive.
Finally you're on the boat!!!. I have been waiting for this moment. You even got the Ramsey bun rieu. Wow banh pia.. can't get that here in Canada..hmmmm.. Thank you for sharing the experience.

Hehe, I love it everytime you speak vietnamese. Being a American born vietnamese, I'm at a kindergarten level at best, so you will impress me always. Also, made me chuckle when you panned to where the bun thit nuong lady was.. no where to be found. Better luck next time!
I think that if you ever get the chance to stay in Vietnam for a short time period, like around 1 month or so, you'll pick up a lot more of the language and very quickly, too. Especially if you been listening to the language from your parents since you were young.

Mắm ruốt có thể xào với thịt bằm an vói cơm. Bún. Chấm trái cây xoài ổi. Nói chung là rất nhiều món có thể làm được từ mắm vd mắm chưng . Còn bánh tét chuối vói bánh tét lá cẩm. Chỉ có ăn miền tây là đỉnh thôi vì dừa o đó rẻ như cho nên họ bỏ vô nhiều va ngon hơn những vùng khác. Nc ẩm thực vn nó phong phú lắm. Anh còn tìm hiểu dài dài hehe. Có thắc mắc gì cứ hỏi mn chỉ cho . Chứ ko ăn đúng cách sẽ ko ngon mà ăn mấy cái đồ hại sức khỏe. 🤣
