As some who draws side view sketches for fun, your story is so inspirational. Do you hand draw all your initial sketches or do you work with a software straight from the beginning? If so, what software do you use and/or would recommend?
Always, hand sketch is the fundamental of design. After you're satisfied with your design, you move onto renderings, then 3D modeling. We usually use Photoshop for rendering and Alias for 3D modeling
Well, depends on what type of people you need. There are many experienced designers in Automotive industry. Also you can find talented designers in school like Art Center, CCS, etc

Do you think its likely to be a reality or is it just fantasy as is the case with all mercedes pre launch cars and concepts Through time i have noticed mercedes come up with some beautiful designs but eventual launch is a tweak here tweak there - it becomes simply a case of - small, medium or large. No originality
