    About dun sa marinade, I think it's because of the fat how having the ability to absorb the water (kaya naghihiwalay ang oil at water), and there are properties in ingredients that are fat-soluble and water soluble. Dahil sa water content ng muscle ng meat at dahil may mga liquids sa marinade + salt, nagkakaroon ng absorption at salt+watet balance, na hindi kaya gawin ng fat. Kaya tama na nagmamarinade ng mas madaming laman dahil ayun din naman ang mostly na nakakain at yun ang nakakahigop ng lasa.

    THIS IS A COOKING SHOW AND THE CAMERA ANGLE IS SO BAD THAT IT ONLY SHOWS 10-20% OF HOW IT IS ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE. ARE YOU PROMOTING THE PEOPLE OR THE COOKING AND MEAT? IF ITS THE LATTER, THEN CHANGE YOUR FOCUS AND CAMERA POSITIONING. SO BAD AT ALL CAMERA ANGLE. 🤦🤦🤦🤦

    Ang onabs ninong ry lagyan mo tubig kung gusto mo ma render yan. Ang tagal mo na nagluluto hindi mo pa alam

      Dry rendering yung ginawa nya. When it's taking too long, kahit kami sa restaurant namin before, kinakaon namin ng konting oil para bumilis pag render ng fat. To each his own.✌️
