Although I have viewed this video earlier, I had to go back and watch it again. There is such a contrast in the two recoveries: one out on the Spur consisting of a terrible accident and lots of traffic and noise and the other on a quiet narrow road surrounded by trees and greenery. There certainly is a lot of work with these recoveries. I'm amazed at how strong Kristen is in pulling out those winch cables. Jeff has to be part mountain goat to climb up those steep hills to secure recovery equipment to sturdy trees and always has to have "plan B" in his back pocket in case the tree snatch block plan is a " no go." I really enjoyed this video.
Jeff, Having watched so many of these recoveries I have to wonder if you worry about ticks and vines of the poison varieties. I can go out and mow here in southwestern Kentucky and find them blood suckers on me and I'm on a zero turn mower. Seeing you scramble up weed & vine covered banks in shorts makes me go hum.
Keistan, i got to give you props, girl. You dont seem to be afraid to do anything. And you guys clean up an accident scene more than any towing company i have ever seen. You go above and beyond on every call.🌹🌹
Jeff, i hope you know how lucky you are to have such a willing, capable and and able woman at your side.
When I saw her pulling I said to my husband "look at her!! That's one way to save on a gym membership."
Great job 👍
You and your Lovely Wife should be called THE "A" Team she's out there pulling cables and Moving equip to the Proper spot, Great Team!
I am so glad that woman walked away because that looked like a horrible wreck
Amazing that the woman was able to walk away. Glad you were able to help the BMW! You two make a great team!
That lady is so very lucky! That car is done, pick a part here it comes. You guys do such a great job cleaning up too.
Yes they do, but I'm a bit OCD & kept getting bothered by two pieces, clearly visible in the camera shot, in the right lane that were missed. Every time Kristen got near them I was cheering "get those two pieces, just 3 more feet ahead, get them!" They were left in the road, however.
You are real people, that's why we love y`all .
Holy Moly, hope everybody injured in the van/trolley accident heals successfully. Vehicles doing 65mph on that spur is not surprising in my MANY years of driving to G'Burg. Little Kristen was giving it all she had to get those cables pulled out for the BMW. GOOD JOB YOUNG LADY!! Jeff, hope you bought her or fixed her a nice dinner!
Good job Kristen and remember an 1" is as good as a mile. My 45 yrs of owning a wide load haul's, I sometimes cleared objects with less than 1/4" and if it had another coat of paint it would have scratched my load. Good job Jeff! :)
You folks went to the old school class for towing, it’s obvious , actually cleaning up after is a thing of the past here, glass, car parts, days later even the fire departments here doesn’t clean up after anymore, nice to see folks who care about doing what’s right. 👍👍👍👍Be safe.
What a mess with that trolley crash - glad to hear they were ok. Hats off to Kristen pulling them winches - looked like tough work. Once again you both go out of your way (against your better judgement) to help people. That was a tight squeeze past that z3! Great video guys. Stay safe. Dave Birmingham England.
Prayers for the people involved heal quickly, I love seeing how your wife is out there helping in the recovery you do
Jeff and Kristen, I never cease to be amazed at you two. You both have strong work ethics, you are absolutely in sync with each other. I admire the heck out of you. I know what you do is hard work, fraught with danger. Thank you for demonstrating such work ethics. You two are truly a "team". I had that with my husband of almost 41 years, but we lost him to a stroke in 2004. Great video! May God continue to bless you and yours always. Be safe out there 'cause it can be an extremely dangerous world. Also, Kendra, you do a great job editing the videos. I suspect that task can become nerve wracking. Best wishes to you all.
Good job Kristin and Jeff on that trolley wreck cleanup! Glad she's ok!
Great job Kristen. Both of you know what your doing. Stay safe and God Bless.
I haven't been getting any notifications lately. The Z3 is a very cute little car. That guy looked awfully big to be driving that thing. Glad that Plan B worked out. You could tell by the customers body language and questions that the car was his baby. The mountain view was epic. You two remind me of The Lone Ranger and Tonto. The tow truck would be called Silver. Always there to save the day. Be safe.
I'm glad the lady wasn't badly hurt. Good job Kristen.
You two are amazing, how you treat people , hugs n love to you both
Whew that Kristin is a worker!!💕 you both are awesome..watching all your videos 👍🏻
That wreck was terrible. That lady was blessed and vovered by the Grace of God. The little car just about went down the mountain. Kristen is awesome, she helps you so much.
Jeff you and Kristen are Great Couple and I'm Glad that she is your Wife. She does so much for you on Job's without you asking her to do other Lady's won't even do that and she knows that you have to Work Together to make it the Best. I know she was tired pulling the Cable's because that takes alot of Energy but then again Jeff she LOVES you ALOT and would go beyond the WORLD for you. Just keep the Great Video's Coming and be Safe out there.
Y’all make a great team!! Both of you are priceless! Thanks for sharing and letting me tag along :)
Wow, that was a serious wreck. Hope nobody was badly hurt. You all did a great job cleaning up the mess. Don't take a Z3 off road. LOL!! Great video guys. You all are awesome.
Yes, taking a dainty Z3 off road was not a smart move.
the guy with the Z3 was very nice. He looked like professional athlete lol. you guys are the best!
I'm glad that everybody was ok in the trolley vs the SUV accident and I wonder how bad the trolley damage was. Great video as well.
You guys do an awesome job together you have a great help with ur wife love you guys and happy to hear the lady came out good out of that wreck bless you guys
Another job well done and glad the woman was not hurt bad in that wreck.
Go Kristen! You are a real helper, not just a pretty face. :D I am sure Jeff truly appreciates your help. He Better right?😁 Seriously though, you guys make a great team. You guys be careful out there and God Bless.
Jeff, maybe you should strap a mountain goat on to the back of the wrecker to help you with those climbs?
You guys are the absolute BEST on the Planet.. Outstanding work !!
ouch that hurt! you two are an amazing pare working so well together. hats off to you both
So happy to hear the gal of that car walked away from that accident! WOW, did her car take a beating! And why would you take a Z3 off road? Love the work you both do! Keep up the awesome job plz! Stay safe!
Jeff, that vehicle sure was tore up I’m so thankful she was ok. U definitely had a tight squeeze getting around that bmw I thought sure that big tree would of got the job done. Thanks Jeff and Kristen for another great 👍🏻 adventure. From Kentucky 😊
This is the one you told us about, you were helping the guy with the rollback when we came into the lot on Newman! Kristen got an earful of the '"Hot rod Escalade" then 😂😂 That's a dangerous intersection, our Trolley driver said it always makes her nervous crossing over to the Welcome Center... On a side note, I dread getting behind 1 or 2 of the pink Jeeps on the Historic Nature Trail, it extends your crossing time by at least 30 minutes...Great job on that offroad Z!
that looks like the worst wreck you have shown you two are awesome team job well done
Glad you all didn't have to back all the way to the School House. We had our wedding back in 01 there. It was fun trucking all the guests from the pavilion at Metcalf to the Schoolhouse. Good Memories though.
So glad there wasn’t anyone severely injured in that car vs the trolley. Kristen you rock!!!
65 miles and hour in a 40 mph zone with no skid marks? I sure hope the people on board the trolley are ok! I have been on the trolley trying to cross the spur back too the Welcome Center and all the drivers have a difficult time crossing the two on coming lanes. Might be time too put up some traffic lights in that area before someone is killed!
Your wife does a great job helping you with your job. More power to womemlib she is doing a great job.
The wreck on the spur was bad! Ya'll did a great job cleaning up. That itty bitty car needs to stay on pavement! LOL Take care.
Great pulling action kirsten and great results all safe many thanks
You two make a great team 🐱
As a member of a VFD we always stick around and help with the clean up. I'm in a rural area though so I'm sure its a lot different down there
Great job keep it up Kristen!!!!
Catching up on videos I missed, as a new follower ❤ … This is May 9, 2024… saw some videos of lots of high water in the rivers and streams in Gatlinburg, and I know there was some rough weather in TN… praying everyone is safe! ❤️🙏❤️
A pusher-type snow shovel would be a great help in a debris cleanup like that.
Unless things changed since I lived there 10 yrs ago the trolleys are just busses that have the trolley look for those wondering.
Great job Y'all are a great team
Kristin you are amazing and I’m so glad Jeff knows it too!! Love you guys!
When I saw you backing up the Greenbrier School Rd I was like holy crap. We travel that almost every trip. met 2 cars while leaving and luckily the Jeep took the inside trek nicely but there are alot of places on that little stretch that its nose to nose....as you know I'm sure. It's a beautiful place. We are wanting to do the walk back up to the sisters place but just haven't yet. Stay safe out there!!
AEJ! Another Excellent job
Cat litter is what I used on oil and gas, at wreck's I pored it on any fluids from the wreck than I would sweep it up and put it in a plastic 5 gallon paint bucket than put a lid on it and use it again until it was turning gray than I bought a new bag and replaced it. It works really good at asorbing all liquid's.
I used a 2ed bucket just for any glass ,plastic and metal that I put in the trashcan back at the yard.
And I read yesterday that Tennessee was one of three states with good roads!
Hello from the Netherlands .
thanks for the video .
Sincerely, Hollandduck
_Nobody noticed this!_ I might be first! I scrolled way down to see if anyone commented. Go to 40:40. Look in the road behind Jeff & Kristen, turning left at the intersection, at the same time Jeff is talking about it. It's the BMW Z3 with it's top down! _Probably._ There's not a bunch of Z3s out there.
Still crazy how she made it out alive from that!
Awesome how yall got that little beamer out too!!
Just got my T-shirt, Hat and keychain. They look awesome.
As long as the ticks stay away. God bless.
If I need to I will be calling you guys, I live in pigeon forge Tennessee USA
You go girl! Great video guys!
Thanks gatlinburg pd!!!
Looks like you could use one of those folding extension ladders on your truck or one of the telescoping ones. Would probably make getting up that grassy hill a lot easier If you were to just climbed the ladder rather than trying to grab a hold of all the weeds
Great Job as usual guys
Who knew climbing like a mountain goat would be a prerequisite to being a tow trucker?
Man what a steep slope to hook your straps and snatch block to. Almost had to dig steps into that bank in order to climb it. I noticed the guy driving the Z3 had a little bit of a German accent. Guess that comes automatically after you drive a BMW for a while, right?
Would have loved to have seen the trolley and the damage it sustained. Glad everyone was ok.
You must have been a great really good student in math , way to go
The Trolley wreck was terrible. Glad the lady is ok. But with those scratches I don't see how you are not in the emergency room! LOL You should take a couple days off and keep that leg elevated. LOL
Looking at all the mountains, and woods give me flashbacks of poison ivey, and poison oak!!!
now that's what you windshild deep
Glad to see that she walked away, that was bad. Good job guys.
Great winch out
Kristen Rocks!
On that z3 you had to call your inter Billy goat to get set up
That piece of the trolley would make a cool garage sign if you cut it down some.
You even got to do the brushing macho, with one hand😂
Wow - a dash cam video would have been incredible?
Wow that was a lot of cleanup.
So that's what had the Spur shut down yesterday. Gosh that was bad.
So Glad the driver in the accident was ok. Scary looking accident scene.
That cross over gives me nightmare when I drive through that area.
That road looked sketchy for a any 2 wheel drive, so a little 2 seat sportster would definitely be a No Go.
Are you talking about life long Locals that speak real Appalachian mountain Saying Lion Springs road? Because I would have been looking for Lion Springs, not Line Springs. Raised in the mountains of southeastern Kentucky we can't help that not everyone speaks and understands mountain folk.
Thanks Team Everything Auto for another great video.
That car was hard on the brakes before it hit that Trolley, it’s pretty clear. If ABS is working properly they often leave no skid marks and especially with hard compound 60-80k mile tires.
I have zero doubt that speed and lack of attention was the cause though.
Wow that must have been a hard hit on that accident, that van was awful looking and that huge piece of trolly. That driver was flying at 65, I've traveled that road and I hate doing more the 45. Probably playing on their phones or looking at the scenery. Glad to hear she was okay though. For the BMW, who in the world would drive that thing out on that road. People need to pay attention to what they are renting and do research about the roads it takes to get to some of those places. Ouch, his legs looked pretty bad. Kristen does such a great job helping Jeff! She deserves her own tow truck, come on Jeff make the move already! Lol Great job and great video!
You do great work also.
Can you please show us what the trolley would have looked like before the crash? Looks more like a dumpster to me. In the uk a trolley is something you put your groceries in at the supermarket.
Hi Paul, here in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, our public transit buses are called trolleys, "Fun Time Trolley" to be exact. The metal pieces came from the side of the bus, below the windows.
Bad wreckage! Hope no one was injured
You go girl !!!!!
Jeff- You definitely need a few more things, maybe knee pads, climbing gear and boots. Hope you didn't get poison ivy. Be safe mountain goat LOL.Love all the work you do and all the videos. great work Kristen 😊😏♥️
Oh Jeff you so strong... You could have just picked up that little BMW. Ha Ha Nice job. Bad accident with the trolly. God's hand was for sure there.
OMG!!! The hood peeled completely back. The inside of the passenger door has even folded. The gear shift is up against the dashboard. Looks like half the engine was sheared off. I noticed only one air bags deployed. That doesn't sound right. As bad as the car looked, I am surprised the driver is still alive. My granddaughter and great granddaughter were in an accident about a month ago. They were sitting still, and some guy with no insurance who was on his phone, hit them head-on. He was going 45. My granddaughter seen him coming at the last second and pulled the front of her car to the right. So, when he hit, he got the front of her car on the driver's side. Her daughter was in the passenger seat, so the impact was away from her. A mother's instinct. All 10 of her air bags deployed. So, for there to be only one on that car sounds weird. Both my babies walked away. Thank God the lady was okay. Sounds like the driver of the Trolley needs to pay closer attention.
She Rocks
That car vs trolley was nasty the things that happen so fast. Glad she is ok
We rode the trolly every day last week, all over the area. That’s scary!
Jeff said adventure yay 😁
Great job❤️
Shoutout.....Kristen 😇😇🥰
🏋♀️🏋♀️Great job Kristen🏋♀️🏋♀️
You need an Aluminum grain shovel to but on your trucks, Don't purchase a plastic one the lip on them are to thick to scoop anything up... It will make your life easier
Jeff are you referring to the spur as the road from Pigeon Forge to Gatlinburg or the bypass around Gatlinburg. Love the channel
Yes the Spur is the road between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Thanks for tagging along!
