Just revisiting this, and feel the need to mention the determination of Craig Casey to get into the Ireland team at 5'5 in height, he must have been told numerous times he wouldn't make it, amazing game also, best game ever up to the WC quarter finals.

39.50 the reason Barnes is the second worst REF around. He TMO is saying clear contact to the head But Barnes had already ( said in play when it happened thats ok for me ) he made his decision and wasn't charging it.. 👎👎👎 and he never mentioned the arm is tooked in and no attempt to wrap 😮

Barnes should never be allowed to ref a game involving Ireland. His bias is so obvious. He should be ashamed of himself. I wonder would he have made the same decision if it was his son that was on the receiving end of that tackle.
On this occasion, Barnes got it wrong. No wrap with the right arm, no dip into the tackle, shoulder makes contact with head before the force into the chest. Strange decision.

Dumortier had a sublime game defensively, I still cannot understand how Galthie dropped him out for Bielle-Biarrey, a novice player who know nothing of their defensive system and is not particularly known for his defensive prowess in the Top 14. Taking Dumortier out of the National selection was a massive brainfart from Galthie if you take another look at Dumortier's overall performance in the 6 Nations. Bielle-Biarrey showed nothing in comparison.
