Bariloche, rather than a city is basically our biggest sky center, also lovely in summer

The 'lakes region' in both Chile & Argentina are spectacular. I suppose the difference boils down to weather, & whether you prefer rain or snow during winter.

Hermoso video .

Bariloche is the most expensive place in Argentina and it becomes more expensive in winter ,but you can see many landscapes.
Bariloche is more expensive because tourist activities are not just limited to hiking or food tasting, there is a "high schools" tourism industry. It means that in Bariloche in winter the high school students go there to have parties and it is total chaos in the period from June to July.
Even all nightclubs are near each other like Cerebro, Grisu, By pass, Roket, Genux, Le Lac discoteque, Praga Club, Ice(i hear the owner made an icerink in Bariloche) and many others.
The same for Villa Carlos Paz. Obviously it is not Ibiza, but in that month there are students from high school and college are determined to spend every day of their stay partying.
Regardless of whether you almost lost a liver for drinking every day. Cause heroes may live forever but legends never die or at least that`s what they say.
But you probably are in the quiet zone of Bariloche. It depends on what you want to do, the difference is even in the price. The accommodation for "graduate trips" is crazy and even in what it offers (everything is made for parties and adventure sports even if you have never seen a snowboard in your life). Even medical services are covered for what you pay if you need them.
I don`t understand why; party ,snowboarding and alcohol what could go wrong?.

Yes Bariloche was quite expensive for some things but we still managed to find activities and food within our budget 😅 we absolutely loved and are really glad we weren’t there during a party season!

I am from Córdoba and in January I was in Beriloche, the prices did not seem as expensive as I thought they would be, after arriving from Bariloche I went to the mountains of Córdoba, Villa General Belgrano, Villa Rumimpal and Santa Rosa and the prices of the The food was very similar to Bariloche, something I noticed in Bariloche is little competition in prices, as if everything was regulated, also in the hotel they did not provide breakfast.
