Hello Heather, I have just found the wonderful world of Alcohol Ink’s….. I also went searching on RUclips for tutorials on how to use them. I have to say this is the best tutorial I’ve seen so far 😊 so a huge Thanks all the way from Australia 🇦🇺 for sharing this.. I’m now going to practice, practice, practice ❤
Those flowers look so floaty and you make it so easy to achieve but I know it won't be. Joanne will hopefully love them too for this memory. My thoughts are with you Joanne. I'm totally hypnotised when you work. Take care and stay safe💖💖💖
These flowers are so beautiful!!! I love watching your videos!! Your voice is so meditative. With the music in the background, and listening to your voice, my heart rate gets lower and my tension just leaves my body. I can listen to your voice all day...LOL love it all!!! 🌸🌺💖
@@HeatherMaderArt OMG! You definitely have the voice for it. Do it Do it Do it!!! I would buy a CD of guided meditations if you made them. 🧘🏼♀️🧘🏼♀️🧘🏼♀️
you can definitely use canned air - I just have a harder time with canned air. I know plenty of alcohol ink artists who use canned air and do really well. :)
Heather I love the way you do these flowers! You are such an inspiration! I think I am going to put an airbrush on my Christmas wish list this year! Years ago I toyed with the idea of learning how to use an airbrush but so much other stuff was going on in my life I never got around to it.
The fine line detailing gave a new deminsion and life to each flower. They really are beautiful. I love that you work on the black with the inks. The colors just seem to pop even more.
As I already commented on your Instagram, Heather the composition on this piece is so unique, and seriously inspired. You always have an original perspective on your medium of choice!
I so love how you went through your steps to get to the end. I tried to learn; one class, airbrush 😮… 🤷🏻♀️ I thought I was going to be good at it…. I love alcohol inks, yet haven’t made flowers…. The butterscotch is a beautiful color. Beautiful piece.
These are gorgeous! The purple is my favorite. You're an inspiration to so many people. Also your voice is so soothing. I love the fine details from the center. Thanks for sharing your talent. 💜
Do you have a beginner tutorial on how to start this beautiful art. I have alcohol inks, but I don't know how to use them, mix them, etc. Any advice or a tutorial would be SO appreciated. Your work is absolutely beautiful. P.S. I miss your cooking channel. I'm sorry not enough people enjoyed it like I did. Keep on!!
Aww... I’m sorry I haven’t posted my cooking channel in so long. It was hard to keep up. Well.... I feel like this IS a beginner tutorial! I am only using a couple of inks and straight from the bottle and I AM a beginner still!! Lol. I guess I feel like I am still discovering band not in a position to give a lot of knowledge about the inks yet. The main thing is, to just play and practice. It’s the only way to get to know them!
Heather, your flowers are so pretty, light and airy. I literally felt myself relax watching you create them😌 Thank you so much for describing in detail what you do. I have tried (kinda failed) but will not give up. You are very inspiring! ❤️,Pam
Oh, Heather, these are absolutely stunning! The tiny details you put into the flowers is amazing (and I imagine extremely time-consuming). I especially love the purple flower you made for Joanne! I think that the blue ink added even more depth and looked great with the purple and white overlays. I'm looking forward to seeing you do these beautiful flowers in other colors. Have you figured out a way to make a simple leaf that you like with the flowers? Sending you much love and big hugs ~Cheryl
I love, love, love your flowers--all of them. My favorite is the white flowers though. So delicate looking. I love the dimension you get and how you do your centers. What psi do you have your compressor set on? I wondering if I have mine to high. Thank you for sharing your talent with us.
Thank you so much for sharing your talent and process. I have had a large bottle of Pearl which I rarely use but now I will try some of your flowers. They are gorgeous!
Just stuns me how beautiful your flowers are. Have you used food coloring in the air brush? Do you make your own colors from alcohol and markers? I’m interested in trying this technique and I have an air brush, yet not the alcohol (due to my restrictive lung disease (yet I pour resin in most my canvases. 🙃 thank you for your input
Resin is almost worse Lee!! I hope u wear a respirator when working wirh resin! I buy my alcohol inks as described in the video, wirh links to all the products in the description box.
