First what the things we have to consider before opening a shop and is it a dieing business in 2020? What are the factors to keep this business up? How do you buy the parts that is needed to fix the pc and where?, how do you prepare the prices of fixation of certain pc's problems? And if you have some helpful advice tell us
Those are all great questions that I may have to do a video on because it would probably be a long comment to go through and I'm pretty sure there are others who probably have the same questions. If you have any more questions feel free to reply to this comment that way I can address them in the future video.

This nice man, I sometimes day dream of having my own shop but entrepreneurship is hard and scary. Kudos to you for being brave enough haha. Glad business is doing well
Nice to see your shop. Back in the late 60s my wife and I had a tropical fish shop. For three of the years we lived in the shop. You walking around and unlocking reminded me of carrying my daughter around and I would let turn over the sign on the front door. would let her turn on the fish tank lights. Back a few years ago I worked for a year doing pricing at a CompUSA in Maimi FL. The store had a great location but it was pretty small for a CompUSA store. I was the only one doing the pricing. I did not have to ware a uniform. Because they did not want customers taking up my time and stopping me from doing my job. It was funny "our" store was like number one in the United States in sales. Also when they had a contest for stories we often won. In face when the first iPad came out every employee got one for free from HQ for being number one. The manager that ran that story was a real nice man and he knew how to be a store manager. There was one store in PR that gave us a run and did great. I think they may have been the only CompUSA down there. Not long after I worked there CompUSA went out of business and I hope that General Manaager got a great job. I bet he did. Lot of nice young people working there. I hope they did OK. Looks like you got a nice looking shop. Seems like you know what you have to do. I guess it is going to be can you get the people in your area know you are there. Not sure how many schools you got in the area. Maybe offer to the school to teach a class to younger kids each year or a number of one day or couple of hour class on some subjects. You might get a news plug on local TV or something. Maybe computer safety, or how to clean you computer, or set up the kids cell phones with apps or fill in the emergency information or maybe that could be you teaching mom and dad how to enter in the data for tracking on the kids phones, or the information that the EMS, Police or Emergency Room. I am sure you guys are thinking about things. I wish you luck.
You would be looking around $149 for a technician to go to your location plus a Windows 10 license key if you don't have one. The thing is for that price the technician would only be there for an hour and start the process of the upgrade for you. If you take it to the shop it would also be $149 the pros of that is that the technician would do the whole installation from start to finish with any updates that the system may need. Let me know if you have any additional questions.
@@StarDustplanets I was trying to read the other comments you made regarding your hard drive but I try to open them I get an error but either way. Did the issue happen after a windows update or possibly hardware upgrade?
If your processor has integrated graphics, try removing your graphics card and using the HDMI that is on the motherboard to see if there is any display.
