How did you neglect to say that the Kia Seltos is one good-looking car? Do men not notice looks when buying a car? The pretty, blue color and stylish good looks can’t be ignored by this woman. They are the icing on the cake!
Just bought the Fusion Black Seltos EX...I LOVE IT!! Sporty and roomy! It has everything I wanted. Sunroof/moonroof, heated seats, power driver's seat and sooo much more! 💜💜
I love that people forget Albert Bierman who started BMW M left bmw for kia and helped design these new cars which is why the performance and design got better
I love the Kia seltos exterior sleek design, planning to get., however many say the Kia Seltos has poor suspension, is noisy, and won't last for 15,000 kilometers. Since you've owned one for a year, I'd like to hear your thoughts on it. CX-30 and Honda cv, rav4 are the suggestions I received.
@@christinajohn1543 I have put 26,000 miles on mine and it has been perfect. I'm just nervous about the 100k+. So far it has been a wonderful car. No complaints other than the front seat isn't super comfortable to me.
@@andreawilliams4977the Seltos is one of the only Kias built in Korea so it will be reliable. I still have my 2012 Kia Soul built in Korea at 178k miles.
That center locking diff and Hill Descent control is fantastic in a small SUV like this… Locking definitely helps during snow and wintry roads, honestly better than a BMW X5 xdrive
Coming upon 4 years of a 2021 SX fully loaded trim. So far it has been problem free, one recall to fit a protective cover for the AWD controller under the driver seat. Other than that just regular service as per the manufacturer recommendations. The 1.6T can surprise you in Sports mode. The one we have has a DCT which for 2024 has been replaced with a 8 speed auto. The DCT at low speeds may stutter a bit, but once you know how to manage it, no issues at all. It’s a dry clutch DCT, so not sure how well it holds up next 4-6 years.
I bought one today. Saw it love coming form a 10 year Kia Soul..we are Kia family. What I didnt notice and my daughter did when I took her for a ride is that the AC goes low when the car stops on light and few seconds pick up...hum we live in AZ not a good idea..Kia
Bought a 2024 S valius green with all Xline trim 2.0 test drove the turbo, but I get 37 mpg at 65 mph.in the 2.0. I came from a Navigator, I knew I was sacrificing A LOT for the mileage. Not much luxury. Pretty cool car. Been in hay fields, cow lots, and the river in the mud over large rocks Never been stuck. It handles really well and is responsive. It's quite inside. Hasn't skipped a beat. It's a pretty car, but hot pink pearl would be sexy as hell just saying Kia. I'd recommend changing oil at 1k, 3k, and 6k just to catch extra shavings from machine work. Great car for the price.
I'm currently looking for a new SUV, and I LOVE that the Seltos has a built-in navigation system. I've had three Nissan Rogues since 2013, and they all had one in the mid-level trim. Now, Nissan ruined the vehicle with its redesign, and you can only get built-in navigation in the Platinum trim at $43k! Not in this lifetime, Nissan. The Seltos is one of my top contenders...in the trim and color you tested out.
@@Allice-p8j The whole point is to avoid maintenance. You mean keeping it alive and well my cars have never given me issues. But trying to buy something used is risky even if it has a solid Carfax etc.
Looks absolutely awesome, can't beat the Korean build quality. My 2018 Sportage is going super strong at 125,000 miles with no major issues experienced. Great value and a very sporty car with the 1.6 Turbo.

I have the EX in that color, I absolutely live it
@lisamaretta6506 ...just got my wife the same EX in this color you have...we got a 2025 and it comes standard with the power lift gate. Enjoy.
Looks good on the outside, but the CX30 WAY better

Sir, this was a superb review. Definitely a reviewer I'll watch.
I learned more from this video than i did my sales person. That's crazy

I am driving this suv for more than one year.. Definitely it is super and enjoying the driving..

Rear leg room is not negligible difference in the class. The Seltos has a mile more rear space compared to a Corolla Cross or a Mazda CX30.
where is that location you choose to shoot this video , it's very beautiful

Pretty sure the 24 seltos has wireless carplay too.
Great looking car 👍🏻
Is it a 4x4
Yes
i love it..
nice the kia seltos
it is very2 gd n nice car
Kohler Mews
And bad Gas mileage
CX-30 is too small
The Mazda CX-30 is much more attractive. The Kia looks overwrought. Not a fan
Mazda also higher quality
I just got it and I Love it ! Thank you for the video, I learned something new! Hugs
Cvt transmission that last 100k miles no thanks .
better than your boring toyota rav4
The turbo isn't cvt
That's my issue with Kia and Hyundai, Volkswagen etc
