Have you tried Muhammara? It’s a perfect cold appetizer to pair with your summer barbecues. Grab the recipe here: plantbasedarab.com/muhammara-syrian-roasted-red-pepper-dip/
I bought roasted peppers in jars for years - then one day finally roasted my own with olive oil and seasonings. Will never go back to jarred version - they are soapy tasting vs the deliciousness of roasted peppers at home!
@@ahmadzedaney3200 wash a couple of red peppers / cut into 1/4s / remove the seeds / toss pepper sections with avocado oil (healthiest and good for high temps which olive oil is not) and seasonings of your choice. Roast in 375 oven until there is some char on both sides. Remove red pepper sections to metal or glass bowl and cover bowl with a lid or plate. Let steam for about 10 mins then pull off the charred skin from pepper. Cut peppers into strips and use in salad or side dishes. Can store in refrigerator in a jar with peppers covered by olive oil and some vinegar for about a week or two.

Absolutely delicious ! Will make again for sure
thank you for sharing a recipe with store bought pepper paste. I needed to be sure I won't ruin it by not roasting the peppers myself lol
