new review with more samples, 77mm, 62mm filter thread ruclips.net/video/H_yvqbl4lx0/видео.html
Thanks your the only reviewer to actually show the results in live action the shades from minimum to maximum what the nd2-400 looks like, Exellent!! Am now subscribed to your channel
Actuallu is not the only one.
Thank you for video! Very helpful
Thanks! You just answered all the questions I had and tested what I had in mind, amazing
Thankyou❤
You might need to check your Auto ISO sensitivity setting and set it OFF.
A link to the filter on Amazon or eBay would be nice
Great video!👍👍👍
Love your content 😍😍😍
I am able to use my lens cap on it, Nikon 50mm lens, 58mm dia. Not a problem. nice video.
I like ur video...the skin is smooth like professional How to do that,, there is no contrast... please make a video setting review on this.
Hi thank you! I think i shot it in slog2 and color graded with luts
@@AiurMedia So it's a7s2 you are shooting this video with.. Can u tell me the lens that you used to shoot... Can we use Crop lense like 16mm 1.4 in a7s2... does it have Crop mode as well...
@@vloguy i usually shoot with tamron 28-75mm f2.8 lens. The a7sii also shoots in crop mode so the 16 f1.4 will work on it but you can only shoot in 1080p because of the limited sensor resolution.
4:20 of course you can, you Just have to put a bigger One then the one that fits one the lens; that's to avoid vigneting. 🤦🤦🤦
it would be better if you show the exposimeter on camera screen. but its ok
About the lens hood, it doesn't fit anymore with you ND filter, but does it fit with a regular Sigma uv filter ?
Thanks
thank you for thiss master 🙏 arigatao
I guess after trying it out again today it took decent video and photos but I still get glare, the ugly big X if you got to Max and seems like it has a sort of greenish color sort of warm green but other than those things I guess you get what you pay, if your on a budget I guess you get a decent filter but I think I'm going to invest in a Breakthrough Photography filter and check them out.
Awesome! Just wondering why did you retire your 16mm f1.4 sigma lens?
a6300 doesnt have IBIS and vlogging with it was very shaky, also i'm a big zoom lens fan so i dont use prime as much. But in the end i wish i had kept the 16mm lens, at least it won't get lost in shipment, had to refund my buyer :(
@@AiurMedia Oh I see and I’m sorry to hear that. Thanks for the reply!
Hi! do you have the link where you bought the ND filter lens? also what size did you bought?
You are already using nd filter on main camera and recording another one with nd gilter, that's not justice to review
Mine is arriving next week 😊
How is it, what's the feedback?
Do you get vignettes or X cross in it?
@@ramdalaitilak9441 I don't take it to the extremes, I haven't experienced the infamous X, but a slight vignette can be noticed...
@@dealonsovideo okay, thanks for sharing the info 🙌
@@dealonsovideo abs how’d it go?
So, no loss in sharpness?
any filter would introduce loss in sharpness but it's pretty good quality filter so the loss is negligible
I'd appreciate if you have tested if your filter actually reaches ND400 factor against a known good solid ND filter ? Mine (the none coated black glass ND2-400 version) barely reaches ND64 before the image is unusable due to large dark blotches and common fuzzy X pattern. Thx
I don't have a fixed ND filter so can't test that out unfortunately, but i can tell from personal experience that I never had image quality issue with these K&F variable filers, the dark blotches and fuzziness can happen when you rotate the ring out of its ND2-400 range.
Hi, thanks to share the interesting video. Out of curiosity: do you not think a variable ND filer is more convenient if it has a lever on the ring to be able to move the lens more easily to shoot videos? Thank you
probably yes, I would love to have the lever, without it i have to look at the ring search for the mark everytime, also the ring gets turned between shots accidentally all the time resulting unwanted exposure, with a lever it'd be easier to notice this kind of thing.
@@AiurMedia Thanks for your reply. GRAZIE
Do you adjust the lens to a low aperture of f1.4 (to get bokeh) and then adjust the nd filter to block out light?
yes that's the idea, so that you can keep shutter speed at 1/50s when shooting 24p for example
@@AiurMedia awesome, this ND filter arrived today and so far so good!
@@TManTV great!
Entaro Adun!
Sir k&f ND filter 67mm capable to Sigma 30mm 1.4f ?
not directly, 67mm indicates the filter thread aka the size of the filter, it doesn't fit on 30mm f1.4 which has 52mm filter thread, u need a 52mm size filter
sample photos taken with the filter in the end of this video: ruclips.net/video/-CXO5Eq6aoU/видео.html
Links for the lens for the 30mm f1.4 please?
amzn.to/3ANLu4q this is an affiliate link to the filter
I hope you can read this. I film at 24p shutter at 1/50sec but my footage is still too bright even with ND filter. We have the same exact filter the k&f nd2-400 isn't powerful enough for me because my footage is still too bright even at f3.5 and i can't push my nd filter any further
because X mark will start to show up. Help me what should i do Please help me i want to keep my shallow depth of field without sacrificing my shutter speed?
it depends heavily on the lighting condition, not much else you can do if you hit the limit of the filter, do you have any sample footage i can look at? alternatively you could shoot 60p at 1/120sec to lower exposure.
@@AiurMedia should i buy a more powerful nd filter like a Nd8-2000. Will it do the job?
@@AttyBen it's impossible for me to tell if it will do the job without knowing your shooting condition and aperture, iso etc, plus it's all paper talk, you have to try it out yourself.. check out the charts online for reference www.google.com/search?q=ND+density+chart&tbm=isch&source=iu&ictx=1&fir=gV3gAzaxlK7CQM%252Cy-hcbF_qMD75UM%252C_&vet=1&usg=AI4_-kSzAePA5BIkGvnowwMkx_D7Ncoiqw&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwiA9vzm-9fuAhV-wAIHHYOTBWQQ9QF6BAgGEAE#imgrc=gV3gAzaxlK7CQM
I'm wondering if this cheap filter is the problem of why I'm not getting real results, I'm wondering if I were to use " Breakthrough Photography filters or B+W filters if I would get the same results? I would hate to spend that kind of money and still have nothing!
Next time use the tripod it wont make annoying shaking video !!!
Man you need to use off audio, you 🎤 is not good
