    Thank you and very informative. In terms of herbal formula, what would the difference be for excess yin and deficient yang?

    • @Acuproacademy
      @Acuproacademy  3 года назад

      Lots of differences 🥰 for Yin Excess, the formula would move blood and relieve pain if it was chronic, if it was acute it would expel external pathogens. For Yang deficiency, the formula would warm and tonify Yang 🙏👍

    I drink a lot of cola. It, of course, with ice is cold. A cold drink. I think it is by nature a very hot and heating chi or quality too though.

    • @Acuproacademy
      @Acuproacademy  3 года назад +1

      Ice cold drinks are not hot or heating 🙏 Cola is very bad for the digestive system and creates inflammation though then becoming heat 🙏

    • @billc3114
      @billc3114 3 года назад +1

      @@Acuproacademy Hum. Well looking at the natures of things and mixtures of the elements in them, I guess is the way I am looking at it. If something is creating inflammation, there's obviously a "heating" nature to it. Where there's heat there's fire. Maybe a "secret fire", If you pour vinegar into baking soda there's an "inflammation". Putting a nail in Coke, I have heard, eats the nail. Sounds like acid which is "heating" or "firey", causing inflammation. A primary quality of the soda is "heat" and other elements in lesser degrees. This might not technically be TCM, IDK but this is the way I have always understood things. Maybe be this confusing me with TCM theory. I hope that makes sense. KIdney "fire" would be, I would think, the Ming Men. The stomach fire might be damaged by this Cola's "firey-ness". If that makes sense.
