    Thank you so much I was struggling in my class but with your explanation it's much better ❤️ but I have a question if yin deficiency person cannot be warmed up how does this happen if he has local pain I mean how this pain is releaved with hot pack if we can't warm him up?

    • @Acuproacademy
      @Acuproacademy  4 года назад +1

      Rana Diaa it’s Yin EXCESS that can’t be warmed up, mostly for acute condition like hypothermia. If it’s a chronic issue with local cold pain, it can be warmed up, then heat will break the cold and move blood to relieve pain.

    I am just starting to watch the videos. Do i have to be one dominant over the other? I am half of the yin and half of the Yang attributes pretty much from what i can see 🤔 And many times i am even both. I can be extroverted and the center of the party then two days later i am hiding out at home just doing me and reading. Or i love the sun and i love the moon. I don’t feel hot or cold. I can be super active like a Duracell bunny and not stop when i have things to do but other days i just laze around and chill and relax. So its really not one or the other thats more from what i can determine
    Edit: ah okay you explained all that later on in the video. Understood it now.

    Hello I’m currently at 19:47 of this video and I’m confused because you stated that yin excess people have constipation but I thought yin was correlated with moisture and excess of it should cause loose stool ? 🙏

    • @Acuproacademy
      @Acuproacademy  5 месяцев назад +1

      I think you’re still not quite getting the concept of yin & yang 🌷
      When we talk about Yin excess it means excess COLD, cold creates ice and blocks circulation so we get constipation. If there is damp and cold we may have loose stools due to the dampness NOT the cold 🌷 Excess Yang can also cause constipation 🥰 TCM is a very deep medicine 💗💗💗

    Would it work to remedy lets say heat from excess yang by living in a place that has cooler weather? Or the opposite way can moving to a warm climate improve having not enough heat? Just wondering if outside circumstances can also be helpful in getting balanced.

    • @Acuproacademy
      @Acuproacademy  Год назад +1

      Yes absolutely 👍 that’s why people with arthritis move to dry hot place because the damp and cold makes their pain worse 🥰
