Ywa, If possible use lan cable and setup another router as a access point. If not then distance matters. checkif you are getting good wifi signal in your other flat using "wifi analyzer" mobile app.

Agar signal bahoot kam hai to ise room ke bahar laga sakte hain (jahan signal theek thak aata ho), ye week signal ko boost karta hai but agar signal nahi hai toh use boost nahi kar payega.

Both are excellent range extenders and work well. The RE250 has external antennas that will have a good range.

If your device supports 5GHz you can connect but the range (distance between router and your device) will be shorter then 2.4GHz.
