A little throwback to Monterey in August, and a triple US reveal for Gordon Murray Automotive: the first production T.50 and first dynamic T.50s prototype shown alongside T.33 Spider for our customers to enjoy under the California sun. It was quite a sight…

Wow! What an achievement GMA. And the T.50s is simply stunning!!
The T.33 is so elegant.
The coupe is even more elegant 👍
The front end is very meh compared to the t50
My dream car for sure these days. It's perfection
@@georgemarks it will make production though. I know I won't have one because I'm not some big shot millionaire but it's gonna be made dude. Why the hate?
@@georgemarksGordon doesn’t build fake cars. He is working on the next one to keep his designers with constant work. He’s got a stable of talent and his small production runs gives him guaranteed income and profits.
Wonderful!
And I love the fact that the signature of the T-50 is the shriek of the engine to redline!
Beautiful pieces of work with incredible engineering. Bravo, Gordon.
What great designs. Each of those will age well and look fresh decades later.
The last word in Driving purity, there is no better and never will be❤
With how crazy hyper track cars like the Mclaren Solus GT, Bugatti Bolide, and Valkyrie AMR Pro look like, it's actually really refreshing how the T.50s Niki Lauda looks like...a normal car! it's a proper GTR. I can't wait to see it on tracks!
Gordon Murray's Chanel and Harry's Garage always leave me wanting more, like edge of the seat feel !!!🙏💗😎
The late brake show is worth a look.
@davejenvey3598 Thank you, I'll check it out
Iain Tyrrell's classic workshop as well...
So fucking beautiful...The kind of thing that I will only drive in my dreams 😢
T.50 looks amazing in that colour under the sunlight!
Cars with a proper soul, amongst a dying breed... Thank you, Gordon Murray.
GMA majestic, job, chaps a true work of art on all three cars I aspire to be a steward one in the future.
I hope I will hear a T.50 ever in my life.
Niki Lauda edition T.50 is heart touching ❤
T.50S
My only wish would have been for NIki to live the day. Then again, he'd ask too much money for the honor, he sure knew his value.
In a world frozen in bland, Gordon builds cars with CHARACTER.
Oh, sure. But will they be complete trash to drive? Obviously not. But nobody has properly road tested them yet.
@@captain_context9991and doesn’t look like anyone ever will test this car. Gordon Murray manufactures nothing but empty promises…
T33 all the way for me 🙂
I'm always speechless every time I see the T50. So perfect
All very well classically designed. Function and form is all balanced, no fancy or outlandish extras to take away from taking in the overall design/look of the car from the viewer.
Superb masterpieces from Gordon Murray.
They are utterly beautiful. Cosworth have made equally beautiful engines too!
simply amazing - a work of art
What a beauty
mclaren f1 DNA is still there Gordon is the GOAT
Achingly, painfully beautiful!!! It's... It's just... I just do not know how to express what I am feeling now...
Carnt wait for the T50s journey to start the T50 journey has been amazing
That Spider is off the hook!
Stunning cars; all of them. When will we get to see the T50 tested? The Top Gear Tiff test and the Autocar full road test of the F1 are legendary - i hope we get to see T50 tested on video and in print soon.
Pretty sure you will see channels like Evo, Top Gear, Collecting Cars with Chris Harris and Harry's Garage test it soon. Here is hoping Smoking Tire, Throttle House, and Hagerty get a shot at it too.
@@Unicornpirate I'm in the UK and wasn't aware of SmokingTire until a few days ago when their interview with Gordon Murray popped up on my youtube feed. It is the best interview with GM i've ever seen - he was so relaxed and the guys asking the questions were great fun but really knew their stuff.
T33 💥
In all the crap motorists are getting I'm so glad the T50 exists. It's done right using technology to It's best and not for profit but for drivers. Well done and thankyou.
What a garage that would be. Amazing 👏
The T50s is probably the best looking car I've ever laid eyes on! Yowza!!!
There must be 'hot wheels' models up for grabs, asap
Amazing pieces of art, hoping there is another car being debuted next year for a 2yr-2yr-2yr reveal cycle
I will admit that I am not ready to even open the door of Lauda, but Spider would be perfect for my dream garage.
This car is a Masterpiece.
The T.33 tail flicker. Nice.
Simply lovely
At last...🤩💗💯💯💯
Seriously gorgeous!
I'm still waiting on my T.50s, T.50, and T.33 to arrive.... aaaaaaaany day now!
Achingly beautiful cars ❤
Thank you Gordon
T50 road going version is truly beautiful and timeless design than the others in my view.
Almost as timeless as the F1.
I can't wait to see what the Lauda can do in terms of lap time, compared to established track cars.
To modern standards, low on power, but also VERY low on mass. On tracks with many or long corners, I imagine it can be wicked fast. Similar to an Indycar/F2/LMP1 car, perhaps? Not a lot heavier, similar power, similar or more downforce, low drag?
I don't think it's that low on power. Most of these +1000hp cars are traction limited at lower speeds and many tracks won't allow them to exploit the top end. The T.50s will be a beast on the track with it's low mass, high downforce, and quick throttle response from the NA V12. Gordon knows what he's doing.
And on that bomb shell...
@jasonberg7644 If he did... he'd go on to make some cheapo cars that people will drive and love.. not just stick in a podule and profit from.
@@jasonberg7644 I hear you regarding traction, especially in RWD cars. Some tracks hardly force a car to get into low speeds. Say, the Nordschleife. Few from 140 corners are real low speed ones. A lot of time is spent in them, and kit a lot on straights.
Lauda there...more downforce than GT3, similar tyres and power, but 400 kg less...will rip. Time between 919 Evo and ID.R. Closer to 919 Evo perhaps but only if the suspension backs up the downforce levels. 919 will remain faster on every cm of asphalt methinks, and there's no shame in that. 919 Evo is AWD, lighter (smaller engine) and hybrid. DRS even. Nuts but true.
@@greatestytcommentator It's not easy to mass produce vehicles. That would take a good part of a decade with hundreds of millions of dollars in investment. He's already 77 years old.
Best gear on four wheels.
Please give us something that hundreds of youtubers haven't shown us before. It's for the fans that love GMA's projects.
+1 like for spider
And we know that they will be as good as they look.
Thank you for creating drivers cars, even if they are exclusive and only accessible to the ultra wealthy. Returning from IAA Munich last week, I was in a depressed state for the future of automobiles. Everything is electric.
Amazing. Would love to see some timed laps, I expect awesome results! 👍👍👏👏
So beautiful
All gorgeous, but I think the 33 is my favourite... If only this was a real world problem for me 😏
When will we see a functional prototype of the most beautiful car (T-33 Coupe) today?
Thanks GMA for building these dreams on wheels ❣️
Somebody knows where I can get a poster from the car's ❔🤔
Love from Berlin 🇩🇪
Ramsi 🙋🏻♂️
this lauda is soo epic
Gordon will go down next to Enzo, Made the greatest car of them all the F1 and then to finally give the Sister!
Wow, hope the T.43 gets a chance some how for us average enthusiasts... Fan of your work Sir.
It was stated that it will never happen but here’s to hoping something changes.
もう、すべて完売ですよね 次は T50sのセミオートマが発売されると良いのだけど
THE ENGINE SINGS!
Well done boys, you've listened to my last comment and finally started shooting in 60fps. You're welcome.
Well it is 'Murica'!
Mamma mia ...
😍😍🔥🔥😍😍🔥🔥😍😍
I want the green one......
Need to see them in Forza and Gran Turismo so us mortals can get a small taste. The T33 Spider is exceptional.
T50 confirmed for forza motorsport.. Others not yet official.
Dark arts, like Dyson and Ducati, yes yes
This is my favourite type of car I so wish I had a t.50 🥹
Any production updates? I thought the T.50 run should've been done by now. I guess it's gonna be a while before we see any T.33's (coupe or spider)?
does anybody know the background music. How good are these things ! Keen to see the car journalists to drive them
'Connection' by Aerian 🎧

Liebe 💘
The outro music always gives me goosebumps
Ricky Lauda is my favorite
Best sport cars ever made by far.
Question: Why didn't you make the wheels carbon fiber on t50
Is that Jay Leon’s car?
Hurrrrry. Give one to Chris Harris asap
No give one to Jeremy Clarkson
Is that a T.33 with the old windscreen, or the new one?
This is the same Demo T.33 with the unadjusted windscreen. We won't see any new T.33's until they finish the production runs for the T.50 and T.50s. So quite a while.
can we please get an indepth video on the t-50s please
They will once they actually get a few prototypes up and running.
@@jasonberg7644they do!! Patience with art! Goal perfection!!
I hope the t.50s is going to be a gt3 or better car
" Do not go gentle into that good night", old age should "rage against the dying of the ............(INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE)" dylan thomas
Would love to see a mass-produced version of the T33 with no carbon and a four banger for $30k. VW? Toyota? Anybody got some manufacturing capacity to spare?
Yeah nice, but it takes a little bit too long until we see actual footage or an unbiased test drive...
I can't believe people hated the design of t50
Hi Gordon Murray, can you please lend your T50 to the GDB youtube channel ?
I just want to see genuine road car tested by the car press, that isnt an event or a launch. An actual unbias review
The late brake show? Jonny deserves it.
The cars were supposed to be out for journalists this summer, i remember Gordan saying that on Harrys garage video when it released.
Considering that the T.50 road car is in the middle of production right now, it shouldn't be much longer. I imagine we'll start seeing reviews sometime next year
@@GabePlaysYTget real. Gordon Murray is full of sh1te. Nothing is in production. Not even the prototypes work that’s why they can’t give them to journalists, that’s why there’s no spec sheets. Oh and 100 eager customers? Utter bullocks.
These look like GTA5 cars
What's the address? I'm on my way
Absolutely stunning
Make more videos
T33 doesn't look like its in proportion, windscreen or length of the rear vs width. T50 also has some awkward angles but the ethos is still very impressive
You're right. Harry Metcalfe mentioned this to Gordon in one of his videos. Apparently, this 33 is the pre-production mock up. The windscreen on the actual production car will stop an inch or two before this one, allowing easier entry to the vehicle - and presumably making it look slightly better proportioned too...
@@memsybabeyes, and it was around 4 inches (10cm) that they mentioned. So it will definetly look better.
Did i watch a southby commercial?
This is cool and all, but what is the ETA on first press drives of the T.50? Just this April GM promised "summer" (after promising summer 2022 the year before that), but so far we got nothing.
Gordon make a motorcycle
I wish they were automatic
T50s is automatic 🤓
@@GordonMurrayAutomotive I honestly thought more buyers would go for it on the T.33 since it's more of a GT.
they're not designed for soccer moms though
@@lorddoosworth8175 Neither are the Venom F5, Jesko, Valkyrie, AMG One, or just about every other super/hyper car out there right now.
I think a lot of people view manual gearboxes through rose tinted glasses. Sure, they're nostalgic and it's fun for the first few minutes of driving, but that dissipates shortly after getting stuck in traffic or continually feeling that loss of acceleration between gears.
There's a reason we don't travel by horse and carriage anymore. Just like there's a reason most manufacturers don't use manual gearboxes. Progress.
Koenigsegg Gemera 3 cylinder engine weighs 70kg and produces 600 horsepower.
GMA T50 12 cylinder Cosworth engine weighs 178kg and produces 650 horsepower.
V12 > 3cly
@@r129r16pfl 70kg. > 178kg.
Unfortunately Koenigsegg comes up with a lot of "ideas" but no real world substance. If all his engine ideas were so good, don't you think the large OEM's would be using his systems?
The K cars are very fast in a straight line under "controlled" conditions....but why no lap times from Laguna Seca or the Ring? Simple answer is most of these "supercars" can't even beat the lowly Dodge Viper lap times in real world conditions.
@@LarsAgerbk T50 = 986kg > Gemera 1988kg
@@r129r16pfl
T50 Gemera engine 878kg. >
T50 Cosworth engine 986kg.
Why doesn’t the T33 weigh less than the T50
There are many reasons. First it's chassis geometry is different, a mixture of aluminium and honeycomb carbon. Also it has more conventional seats, and adjustable steering colum etc. T.50 is pushed to more extreme, and the T.33 is a little more laid back but still a very light car.
Has any independent journalists actually tested these car? just asking.........
Bought by people who never pay any income tax.
I want to see Lewis Hamilton do a video on the T50s
A deserving friend of the legend Niki Lauda- Make it happen GMA
At least play R&R.
That t33 spider is not an elegant car. The windscreen is way out of proportion to everything else. If Gordon Murray is a perfectionist how did he let that one through?
I'm guessing he cares about good visibility more? 🤔 He mentions stuff like that a lot in his interview
Oh also I remember him saying that the windscreen is going to be shorter in the actual final car so its easier to get into, this show car was already made when they realised it was too long
They're going to fix that for the production model:
ruclips.net/video/mexed_19_WA/видео.htmlsi=Y2DtaYa7nx54lX1T&t=987
The problem with this car is that, despite sounding absolutely amazing, it simply copies design themes from 25-30 years ago. It's not modern.
Thats exactly what Gordon wanted and many of us agree.
