I wish they made a rotating base like they do for the ipad pro. I work from home with my girlfriend sitting next to me, and would like to be able to rotate the stand to show her things on the tablet.
@@barisho5530 Yes. The Samsung cases, maybe less so, since they seem to be more careful where the magnet is placed. Nevertheless, any/all magnets nearby the screen will cause permanent damage over time. The effect might be subtle, but shows up as a loss of sensitivity in the area near magnets where. The damage effect eventually will be permanent.
you're right. However its effect on day to day usage isn't noticeable. I use my s8 ultra almost exclusively for note-taking and haven't experience any problem.
@@teohontech7141 Having used this for long enough time now, have you felt like the s pen functionality or the battery got affected or not? I actually am really into this, I like the design and everything, if you felt like it didn't get affected then I'm going ahead and buying it
These magnets would definitely affect the internal components specially the battery. I would never place my phone or tablet near anything with strong magnetic field let alone covering it with one.
I guess that would include very strong electromagnetic fields (machines or wires with a lot of current, etc). Recently I watched an experiment with hard drives, putting magnets close to them, how they get affected. It depended certainly on how powerful the magnet was. Some didn't do anything that could be immediately detected, but the strongest ones literally destroyed the hard drive. Edit: But of course, that's due to how data is written on the disc surface. Shouldn't affect mobile phones or SSDs on laptops, but about batteries, I guess it's possible. Yet though, I could see other issues that a very strong magnet could produce in other components.
@@SunnySide388 ya these people are legit retarded. magnets like this are fine. They are strong enough to hold the metal case, they are obviouslty not stong enough to effect internal components.
There will be civil lawsuits if companies designed these tablets to fail when used with magnets, as the tablets are clearly designed to be used with magnetic accessories. Pen, keyboard case, stand are all magnetic.
Hi! I have a question. Can you use the stand with a back case? For example the back case of the Book Cover Keyboard of the Tab S9 Ultra.
No. Magnets are very strong but not strong enough to go through the case.

They have a rotating base for S8/S9 Ultra. 360°.
Have Lululook made a stand for tab s9?
Hi, should the newer foldable version be installed carefully to prevent scratching on the side of the camera?
It’s actually quite unlikely to scratch camera side if you align tablet properly at the start
Thanks. I do not use any magnetic devices w my Samsung tablets, as over time the the sPen screen EMR will get damaged by the magnets..
does cover/case damage the emr screen as well? because most of them are magnetic

@@Figuremakr thank you so much for the info. I'll be more careful about this emr thing

Hi, do you know if it works with Tab s9 plus? Or when can i get one for s9 plus?
Thanks
It seems there is a stand for the S9+

Do they offer one for the Tab s9 11inch?
No
I'm afraid of the magnet damaging my tablet components.
Tablets nowadays are made with magnets in consideration so I won't worry too much about magnet damage.

How long did it take for it to arrive
2 weeks maybe?

But the Samsung official cases use magnets too
How strong of a magnet?
