Note: Magic S Ultimate updated work
You have to hold the button on side down and plug into PC do not release the button until is fully plug in. The indicator led light will be off . Now go download the latest firmware and click update. 08/27/23 updated

I got it working!
Open the updater without the Magic-S Ultimate plugged in.
Insert the Magic-S WHILE HOLDING the small black side button.
The update recognized the stick immediately.

How do you get audio from the device magic x I have no sound can you help me.

I don’t understand your question. Sorry but this is a controller convert adapter, why would it have sound? You mean PC sound went you update the firmware? I don’t think this adapter supports controller that support sound.

I used to playwith my madcatz te2+ on my switch too but I do remember that we have to make a key combination for the arcade stick to recognise it from the switch but I don't remember which button combination that we should use. Is there anyone remember this?

No, I don’t but you can find it on they website. It is listed below the video description. The software told me I have the latest version
