If you are interested in music, there are certainly lots of fun channels around to watch. I don’t think I have ever heard anyone ever mention “rules” for the VC, but every channel owner seems to have their own rules for who they will tolerate. Folks love to draw lines around their tribe and to make “enemies” or villains of those outside of those lines. I have always despised groups that won’t let someone else sit at the table, make fun of people, or shun people for being different in one way or another…and those groups exist in every gathering -even the VC. That being said, the majority of the VC is just brimming with cool, friendly people talking tunes with other chill people. The fellow from Manchester he mentioned, I believe was just giving definition to the word Community as it relates here on RUclips. Community implies inclusion rather than excluding people from discourse, communication(answers comments), reciprocation (participates with other channels, not just expecting others to watch them). He may have had other comments that were more like rules, but as I remember his points(faulty as my memory may be), I very much agreed with him!
